Continuity mistake: When Jamie and Dave are trying to drive around the old couple, you see Jamie's window is all the way down, but a few feet later when they run out of gas, we see Jamie roll his window down to talk to the couple.
Continuity mistake: Tutankhamun and Suhad ride to the Mitanni city on a horse with no equipment at all, not even a saddle. Yet mysteriously when they need to stop for the night a large tent appears out of nowhere.
A Rose by Any Other Name - S2-E13
Continuity mistake: During the press conference at the beginning, Hakeem has a lollipop in his mouth. During the whole scene, the lollipop keeps switching from shot to shot between being in his hand or in his mouth. (00:02:10)
For the Want of a Nail - S6-E9
Continuity mistake: In a previous scene Dr. Choi had asked that a patient using a nasal oxygen cannula be given an oxygen mask, which the nurse did (over the cannula, but that is another mistake previously documented). Several scenes later we see that patient again, and he is back to wearing the nasal cannula and having breathing difficulties.
Continuity mistake: When Carolyn and Ennis are racing on the beach, Carolyn in side-saddle has both her legs on the left and for just a couple of split seconds in another shot they're both on the right, and then back on the left again after that.
Continuity mistake: After Naomi apologizes to Cyn for hitting him on the head, in the shot facing Naomi she reaches for Cyn's brandy with her right arm extended, but next shot it's her left arm extended. Then Naomi holds the brandy bottle with her left hand and removes the brandy's cap with her right, but in the next semi-closeup the bottle and cap have switched hands. (00:23:10)
Continuity mistake: When Theresa and Ben walk down the road leaving town, and run into the woods from the Sheriff, Theresa's roller suitcase falls over on its 'back'. A minute later, when Ethan catches up to them, the suitcase is on its 'front'. (00:36:30 - 00:37:30)
The Incubus - S1-E9
Continuity mistake: In episode 5, it was established that there is no road to the Jezequiel house. Robert and Max had to leave their car in the village and walk across the fields to the house. In this episode, however, Robert drives his car right up to the house with no problem.
