Continuity mistake: At the first few scenes of the film the natives are shown with dark, broken and corroded teeth. Halfway through the movie the main cast show pearly white teeth.
Continuity mistake: Nick goes out of his office and to Bristol's desk. Bristol starts standing up. Camera angle changes to Nick then back to Bristol. He starts standing up again. (00:40:40)
Continuity mistake: When Ryan Reynolds is between the two hospital beds, preparing to pull the plugs, there are three wires he grabs to our left (two white and one black). He yanks all of them out (along with another white one to our right) and no plugs remain in the red outlet cover on the wall. But in close ups, as the other agents are banging on the door, we see the lone black wire is still plugged in. (01:40:15)
Continuity mistake: Cecilia and Raymond are on the end of the dock and Raymond turns around and runs. Cecilia then says her line, turns around and runs. In the next shot the two girls are running towards the end of the dock. You can see Raymond running towards them but Cecilia is gone. She should be in the scene running the same way. (01:28:05)
Continuity mistake: In the morgue scene, the coroner states that Elizabeth Short had a wound inflicted on her right hand, but then in the pornography scene, she grips the bed post with her left hand.
Continuity mistake: When Jackson realizes his truck is going into the pond, Martha starts walking forward. Next shot, she is still standing still.
Continuity mistake: When Andy and Miranda are in the limo in Paris, they pull up to the curb and there is a bunch of press waiting as Miranda opens the door. However, when the shot changes, it is not the same group of people - in particular, there is a balding photographer who should be standing right there but is nowhere to be seen. It all happens too quickly for that much change.
Continuity mistake: When Cameron Diaz and Jude Law are in bed for the last time, her bra strap changes from being up and hanging down whenever the camera changes.
Continuity mistake: Hugh Jackman puts a tan vest on twice in the scene when we first meet his wife.
Continuity mistake: As Brenda leaves the table asking "Does anyone need anything?", we see Bobby sitting by the table. When it cuts Bobby suddenly got something between his lips which weren't there before.
Continuity mistake: When Jerry and the Dr. are talking in the tent the first night on the way to the mountain, the Dr. shows Jerry a notebook with a picture of his wife and son. Jerry hands the notebook back twice in a repeat of the same shot.
Continuity mistake: In the canoe ride down the hill, the oar outside the left of the canoe makes the canoe turn right to avoid the tree. Scraping the group to the left would cause the canoe to turn left.
Continuity mistake: When Verne gets hit by the bike and hockey stick and goes through the hedge, there's no tire track on his shell while flipping through it until he shows R.J. the bike track. (00:15:25 - 00:18:00)
Continuity mistake: Near the end of the movie, when the helicopter sets down on top of a tall building, the registration mark of the aircraft changes noticeably several times, from G-ORMA to G-ICSG and back again.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Gray has just come in to see the mother of her dead fiance's son in the house, the boy is throwing things everywhere. He stops by the TV and begins to pull CDs from the shelves into the floor. He pulls all the CDs off the shelves, but every time it cuts back to him, there are plenty more CDs for him to pull down.
Continuity mistake: When Malcolm leaves a message on the phone for Sherri, the mesaage has noticeable differences when Sherri listens to it. Malcolm pauses between the lines "..call from Phoenix" to "Wait - Carrie!" but on the phone, there's no pause. (00:35:20)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Viola meets up with Justin at the carnival, in one shot Justin's right collar is flapped down, in the next shot it is up.
Continuity mistake: The first movie shows Santa slipping on the roof and kicking up a white snow blanket as he falls. The flashback in the third movie does not show the blanket being kicked up as Santa slips.
Continuity mistake: After Max takes a bite of the tomato, the stain on his shirt decreases significantly after just a few shots. (00:18:05)
Continuity mistake: When the little girl is riding on her tricycle past the monster house there is one "keep away" sign on the lawn. When DJ and Chowder first walk up to the monster house a second sign has appeared.
