Throwing It All Away - S10-E15
Factual error: In the opening scenes, Arizona mistakenly says a child suffering from imminent liver failure is at risk for psoriasis, when the script called for the word cirrhosis. Psoriasis is a skin disease. Cirrhosis is the medical term for end stage liver disease.
Continuity mistake: Toby competes with Darryl to sell Girl Scout cookies. Toby says it's his daughter's first year selling them. However, earlier in the series, Toby agrees to sign Dwight's apology letter from corporate if he buys cookies from his daughter.
Continuity mistake: Lily and Marshall mention that they've been using the same toothbrush ever since they've been together, but in the 14th episode of the 1st season, "Zip, Zip, Zip", Marshall and Lily are simultaneously brushing their teeth with a tooth brush each (before Ted and Victoria get home). Continuity mistake: Steve receives a Rowflux and five containers of protein powder. He takes one of the containers leaving only four still on the floor. In a subsequent scene, Steve is still holding the container but now five containers can be seen behind him, giving him six containers altogether.
Continuity mistake: Chase gives Zoey a radio in this episode, but in 1-3 Webcam, when Zoey, Quinn and Nicole are in Zoey's room trying to figure out who is telling the girls' secrets to people, you can see that radio above Zoey's head.
Continuity mistake: When Silas is painting the wall green, some parts jump from being painted to unpainted between shots.
Continuity mistake: Right at the start, when Zack is hanging on the tree branch, the long sneaker laces are in front of Cody's shoulder, but when Zack falls, they're gone, though the sneakers have not moved.
Continuity mistake: As Charlie enters the bar Dennis is writing a sign that says: "Carmine's A Place for Steaks." A shot later and the sign is unfinished, with the words, "Carmine's A Place..." The words "for Steaks" are not on the sign.
Audio problem: In the pub with Andy, when Les is talking about Graham Norton and Les says "Ooooh, Jackie Collins!", his lips have no relation to what he's saying.
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the episode, Earl says that costing his Dad the election is 4 on his list, however, on the list that they show during the title sequence of each episode, "Cost Dad the Election" is 65. (00:01:10)
Valerie Hangs With the Cool Kids - S1-E9
Revealing mistake: In episode number 9 of the first season, "Valerie Hangs With the Cool Kids", Valerie receives a call from Juna saying that she is required at the studio for filming. She rushes there, and when she opens the white door to enter the studio, there is a plastic sign on the door saying, "The Comeback". Seeing as Valerie's Comeback show is not solely filmed in the same studio as "Room & Bored", it has to be advertising the real show with Lisa Kudrow, and therefore shouldn't be in shot. (00:22:05)

Continuity mistake: When the cats are entering the race the height of the sign lowers when Waffle walks up.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Thugnificent is giving Riley is new chain and holds a speech, we can see that Riley's chain is as long as Thugnificent's. However, when he actually hands it over to Riley and when Riley does wear it, the chain is considerably shorter to compensate for Riley's length. (00:10:10)

Continuity mistake: In the scene where the "clown" is trying to get back into his closet to eat his soup while Marni and her boyfriend are fighting, the closet door is open. Then when he starts to go back to get a spoon and changes his mind the "clown" turns around and opens the door, even though it was already open.
Have Yourself A Sorelli Little Christmas - S1-E9
Continuity mistake: When Jason is banging on the window and wakes up Marjee and Rose the clock says 2:00am. Rose then leaves and goes down to the kitchen in which she talks to Renee. She asks Renee "Where have you been? It's almost 2." It's obviously past 2 as we saw it on the clock earlier.
Continuity mistake: In some scenes, The Bear's fingernails and toenails are very dark, almost black and in other scenes his nails are scratched away, with faded colour.
Everybody Hates Corleone - S1-E18
Continuity mistake: While trying getting kicked out of school, Chris tags "Chris was hear" on the wall. In the next shot he finishes the "r" again.
Continuity mistake: When Vicky vomit at the graduation, we see that she sits on the end of the line of chairs,and no one sits on her left side. In the shot before, from the back, we see Dave sit on the end of the line, and in shot later they switch sides.
God's Chef - S1-E10
Continuity mistake: When Orel is in Principal Fakey's office, he puts his hands on the desk, which vanish whenever the angle is on Fakey. (00:02:30)
Gopherville - S1-E1
Other mistake: In "Sock Safari", when Toopy finds a red thread, his left hand with his glove disappears instantly.
Suggested correction: Many people buy another toothbrush to take on trips and since they were supposed to be going away, they probably decided to use them at home, as if this was their trip.
The whole point of the mistake is they say they have always shared a toothbrush. So why would they use separate on a trip?
