Suit Warehouse - S9-E11

New this month Character mistake: Erin is shown drinking an espresso in 5-25 "Café Disco". Later in the series in this episode, when Clark brings an espresso machine in that was given to him by Jan, everyone decides to try every flavor. In an interview Erin starts rambling but then remember the actual question she was asked, have you ever had an espresso before, she said she had not.

Launch Party - S4-E3

New this month Continuity mistake: The way the numbers on the sales board are written by Andy change in between shots. (For example, the "305" is written differently, but still "305"; not that it becomes a "380" when Andy changes the number).

Traveling Salesmen - S3-E12

New this month Other mistake: When Michael is playing with "Harvey" the computer, it says whatever he types. When he calls Pam in, it says "Pam, you look very hot today." However, when we see the computer screen, what is actually typed is "Pam, you look hot today." Plus there's a line typed out before "Pam is the receptionist." that we never hear, despite being in the room with Michael and Jim the whole time.

Launch Party - S4-E3

Continuity mistake: In 2-13 "The Secret" Pam and Jim are talking about how Jim used to have a crush on Pam when she first started here. This implies that Jim was working here when Pam was hired. However, in this episode Pam says that when Jim first started working there she said, "Enjoy this moment, because you're never going to go back to this time before you met your desk-mate, Dwight." These two scenes contradict each other.

New this month Suggested correction: The actual line was he had a crush on her when he first started working here.

No, the mistake is correct. On the booze cruise Jim told Michael he use to have a thing for Pam. Then in "The Secret", Jim tells Pam directly "I told Michael that I had had a crush on you when you first started here."

Show generally

Continuity mistake: In one episode Angela says she hasn't talked to her sister in years over an argument that she doesn't remember. When she's engaged to Andy and they're touring Dwight's farm he mentions she has multiple sisters. In the finale she only has one sister and apparently they are incredibly close.

Business Ethics - S5-E2

Character mistake: Meredith admits during the ethics seminar that she has been sleeping with Bruce, the HammerMill rep, for discounts on paper/paper supplies for the company, as well as Outback steak coupons, for 6 years. But, Dunder Mifflin did not begin selling Hammer Mill products until Season 3 Episode 2 The Convention when Michael got the contract.

Suggested correction: Michael didn't establish the contract with Hammer-mill. Rather, he locked them up as an exclusive supplier. It's unknown if they were already selling the products to Dunder Mifflin alongside Staples and Office Max.

Wrong, Josh says they cannot sell Hammer-mill products as they are exclusive to Staples so therefore they wouldn't have been able to sell there products alongside as mentioned before until Michael made them an exclusive to them solely, Dunder Mifflin. Therefore the original mistake stands true.

The contract Michael negotiated could have timed out, and therefore Hammer-mill could have been sold by competing companies. Then Meredith's deal could have given the office a leg up on the competition during this time.

Meredith was "working" to get discounts for supplies around the Dunder Mifflin office. Michael made a deal to allow Dunder Mifflin to sell Hammermill products.

Last Day in Florida - S8-E18

Continuity mistake: Toby competes with Darryl to sell Girl Scout cookies. Toby says it's his daughter's first year selling them. However, earlier in the series, Toby agrees to sign Dwight's apology letter from corporate if he buys cookies from his daughter.

Continuity mistake: In 4-14 "Goodbye, Toby", Andy Bernard invites his parents to the going-away party for Toby Flenderson and introduces them as "Andrew and Ellen Bernard." But in 6-16 Andy tells Jim that he was originally named "Walter Jr." after his father and that it was changed when his little brother was born and the name Andrew was one that they got out of a baby-naming book. Additionally, in 8-4 "Garden Party", Dwight is introducing the entering guests. When Andy's parents arrive, Dwight says, "Mr. And Mrs. Walter and Ellen Bernard."

Survivor Man - S4-E7

Continuity mistake: In "The Alliance" (1-4), Pam says that the next office birthday is Meredith's, but it isn't until the next month. Later, in "Survivor Man", it is said that Meredith's birthday is at the end of 'Birthday Month', when many employees have birthdays close together. It wouldn't be possible for Meredith's birthday to both be the next office birthday but also at the end of the following month, which is stated to have many other birthdays in it.

Safety Training - S3-E19

Character mistake: Darryl says the warehouse has never gone a full year without an injury. However, previously in "Boys and Girls" a board is shown giving the number of days without an accident as over a year.

Suggested correction: The board does not show number of days without an accident (or injury). It only indicated number of days without a loss of time incident. I've injured myself on the job that didn't result in loss of time. Plus, the fact that they erased the number after Michael's screw up caused a big mess seems to indicate they were keeping track of days without screw ups that resulted in loss of productivity, not keeping track of days without injuries.
