Continuity mistake: During the scene in which Charlie and Louis manage to crash their plane, they hit a chimney and the plane's left wing goes flying on its own. Moments later, however, it has attached itself to the plane again, before in the next shot disappearing again. (00:38:35)
Continuity mistake: When the Rock finally starts using guns, there is one shot where the three holes in his tee shirt are on the right side of his chest, because it is a flipped shot. The holes are on the left side of his chest in every other shot. (01:23:20 - 01:24:40)
Continuity mistake: When Chris runs out of the door to the Hollywood film studio following Annie she is barefoot. When the shot changes and they emerge into the alleyway behind the studio they are both wearing slippers.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Eddie Murphy is going into the crypt, he takes one of the lit torches. While they are trying to escape the skeletons, the door to the crypt closes and locks. When they show the shot of his son outside, you see two torches again. When he gets the doors open and they leave, you see one.
Continuity mistake: When Steve Zahn and Martin Lawrence are driving away from the police in the junkyard, they hit a car in the junkyard, and we can see the damage inflicted on it. However, in all of the shots following the car is not damaged. (00:55:35)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Dewey and Ms. Mullins are in the bar, the shots from behind Ms. Mullins sitting down show that her left hand is on the table. However, the shots showing the front of Ms. Mullins show her arms folded.
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene after the huge fight with the Buddists, Jack Nicholson speeds off in his Land Rover and cuts into traffic to get away from the monastary. If you look three cars back there is a state trooper weaving through both lanes to make sure the set is closed. He stays visible throughout the scene. (01:07:35)
Factual error: This happens during the scene when Harry and Lloyd offer the little boy 5 dollars to get them slushies. This movie is set in the 80's but notice the $5 he gives him. It is the newer issued $5 that came out in the 90's.
Audio problem: When Lizzie is performing at the end of the movie at the awards show, at the part where we see her from the back facing the blue light, her voice sounds like it's changing. It seems like it's someone much older singing, or the synthesizer went wrong. It just obviously isn't Lizzie's voice anymore.
Continuity mistake: When Daphne goes into the Hotel in London, she walks through the door and loosens the scarf around her neck. When she turns around to look at Ian, her scarf is tightened around her neck again.
Continuity mistake: In the first scene with Josh Hartnett and Harrison Ford, where they are at the club's murder scene, Josh's hair is first swept over his forehead, and then, the next shot shows it's not. Then a few shots later, it is over his forehead again.
Continuity mistake: When Maria and her husband are at the cemetary, she says Yolanda died at 33. But a few shots earlier, Yolanda's tombstone read "1960-1987".
Continuity mistake: When Johnny interrupts the wrong funeral, and Bough saves the day with his 'loony' spiel, Bough takes Johnny's gun and helps him off the coffin. The gun disappears from Bough's hand between shots. (00:28:40)

Continuity mistake: In the last scene Gareth Gates was a clone but he had a belly button and the clones didn't have them.
Continuity mistake: At the end of the movie, when Inspector Gadget gives an award to Penny he puts it around her neck and when the camera faces her, her hair is in the ribbon, but when they show her back it is out of the ribbon and then repeats itself about 3 times.
Factual error: When Renee Zellwegger arrives in New York, she exits her cab in front of the United Nations. The Canadian flag is visible. The movie is set in 1962, and the form of Canadian Flag in the shot was not adopted until 1965.
Factual error: Cadence arrives for the wedding on a 727. Closer examination of the aircraft's livery reveals it is a Kitty Hawk Airlines aircraft. This would be fine were Cadence air freight, as Kitty Hawk is a cargo airline. (00:28:40)
Continuity mistake: When Dr. Coleman wakes up in Anna's body, as Lindsey Lohan exits her room her bedroom door is still removed, but a few seconds after she runs out of the room after Harry the door has been re-attached.
Continuity mistake: In the scene when Sally is about to audition, another little girl goes before her. When the little girl finishes, there is a shot of her face with her hands on her head. In the shot from behind, we see her put her hands down, but when we see the shot from the front, she is putting her hands down again.
