Continuity mistake: When Steve Zahn and Martin Lawrence are driving away from the police in the junkyard, they hit a car in the junkyard, and we can see the damage inflicted on it. However, in all of the shots following the car is not damaged. (00:55:35)
Continuity mistake: The two fighter aircraft that took off from the carrier were unarmed. Later shots showed the planes armed to the teeth. (01:33:25 - 01:38:10)
Continuity mistake: When Hiroyuki Sanada, who plays Ujio, is riding his horse and charging the howitzers, he gets shot by the gatling gun and falls down dead. In the next scene he can be seen in the upper left corner still riding, wearing his distinctive gold circle armor. (02:04:40)
Continuity mistake: In the first scene with Josh Hartnett and Harrison Ford, where they are at the club's murder scene, Josh's hair is first swept over his forehead, and then, the next shot shows it's not. Then a few shots later, it is over his forehead again.
Continuity mistake: When Johnny interrupts the wrong funeral, and Bough saves the day with his 'loony' spiel, Bough takes Johnny's gun and helps him off the coffin. The gun disappears from Bough's hand between shots. (00:28:40)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Juni finds Carmen in Level 4, they are on a cliff. They begin crossing a virtual bridge, then in the next shot, they are back on the cliff.
Continuity mistake: At the end of the movie, when Inspector Gadget gives an award to Penny he puts it around her neck and when the camera faces her, her hair is in the ribbon, but when they show her back it is out of the ribbon and then repeats itself about 3 times.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where the guys are betting that Jim Street can beat TJ in shooting practice, TJ takes off his glasses and talks to Hondo; in the next shot they're back on his face and he takes them off again.
Continuity mistake: In the shot where Hollywood Jack shoots his Mexican counterpart, the Mexican's blood get splattered on to the side of the refrigerator.When the shot changes to show Hollywood Jack drinking his beer, it shows no blood on the side of the refrigerator.
Continuity mistake: When Jason throws Linderman to the wall he gets impaled by a sharp object stuck to the wall. However as Linderman is flying against the wall before hitting it the object isn't there. (01:13:40)
Continuity mistake: The position of the needle and thread lying on Peter's body differ in the wide shot and following close-up. (01:59:10)
Continuity mistake: When Tommy Lee Jones is reading the letter at the end of the movie, there is no signs of scar tissue on his hand, even tough he was cut there during his last fight with Benicio Del Toro.
Continuity mistake: This is in reference to the Derik Luke when he is getting a tattoo on his chest. After Meagan Wood finishes up his tattoo, she puts a large amount of some form of petroleum jelly on it. In the next shot you see a very thin layer of the petroleum jelly which couldn't be possible due to the huge amount of the jelly she put on him the first time. She was also not even trying to smoothen it out.
Continuity mistake: DMX uses his Porsche to slide a dumpster into the vehicle following him, staying in contact right up to the impact, so by rights the back of his car ought to be wrecked, but in all the scenes afterwards when we see his Porsche, it doesn't have a scratch on it. (00:31:30)
Continuity mistake: When the monk is first teaching Kar to fight, the monk has Kar in a hold where Kar's arm is on the monk's shoulder, in the back and forth shots, Kar is holding the monk's shoulder and has his hand stretched out over the monk's shoulder. (00:53:00)
Continuity mistake: When Daniel and Emilien find the Santa Claus gang's hideout, Emilien opens the door and falls out into the snow. From the outside shot you can see the taxi has got wheels when they were changed into tracks earlier.
Continuity mistake: When Selene slams on the brakes sending Lucian off the car, his arm blade disappears during his tumble, and reappears in the same shot once he stops. (00:29:05)
Continuity mistake: In the final sword fight between Rathbone and Jackie, you can see Rathbone's swords flex along the edge more like rubber than a steel sword.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Heath Ledger and his priest friend receive the dagger from the head of the Order that supposedly kills the Sin Eater, the head priest sets the dagger on the table between the 2 priests with the handle of the dagger facing Heath. The shot then moves from one side of the table to the other side showing different angles of the conversation, in each shot the dagger is no longer facing Heath but the other priest. But in the next shot is is, and so on for about 8 shots.
Continuity mistake: The rain comes and goes from moment to moment. This is especially noticeable during the extremely long shootout sequence where it is alternately raining/not raining between cuts.
