Revealing mistake: When Kate is on the phone complaining about the water being cut off, the iron overheats. Kate then runs over to it, and the shadow of a crewmember is cast on the iron and ironing board, then moves out of sight. (00:23:30)
Revealing mistake: When the raptor in the InGen compound calls for help, the shots of the raptors responding are shots taken from other scenes in the movie.
Revealing mistake: Dan goes through the fraternity's records, and sees Devon's face in photographs going back almost 100 years. Notice how badly Devon's face is superimposed onto the earliest photographs (it's hard not to).

Revealing mistake: When the group comes across the first ass-blaster, it hops out from behind the fence. Pay attention to its right leg when it jumps out and you'll see a rock on the ground just appear behind it. After it spots them, it stomps a few times. While it's stomping, pay close attention to the rock and you'll see it and some of the ground around it just disappear after a few frames. This rock also isn't visible in any other part of the scene. Suggested correction: Cyrus was an occultist, it is presumed that this video was haunted. That can also explain why he answers what they key is for in the video after someone asks what it's for.
This theory does not hold up because Cyrus is alive. He's just been wearing a prosthetic neck piece with a popped blood pack in it to appear as a ghost the whole time, in case he's seen walking the house during the plan.
