Audio problem: When Bond arrives at the King Industries place where he meets Elektra King, watch the man he talks to when he gets out of his car. It is painfully obvious that the man's mouth is not in sync with what he is saying. Even worse, the voice is not even his. It is slightly higher-pitched than the man's real voice when he finally talks right.
Audio problem: After the part where Johnny Depp finds his bookstore friend dead, he gets back in the cab. After driving for a while, he tells the cab driver to pull over to the phone booth. The cab driver says "No problem, sir" but you can see the cab driver's lips in the rear view mirror, and they never move.
Audio problem: At the end of the scene when Anna's wedding ring is thrown in the stream, The Kralahome, Prime Minister, says to King Mongkut "I believe there has been enough insult caused by this woman who believes herself to be the equal of a man." When King Mongkut replies, "Not the equal of a man, the equal of a King," Kralahome is very visibly mouthing his line.
Audio problem: As the play by play announcer calls the final inning of the final game he describes the ground out to third as a ball "hit to the right side". A ground ball to third would have been described as hit to the left side.
Audio problem: When the premiere of "Chubby Rain" starts there is a shot from the back of the audience and you can hear a lot of screaming and clapping, and yet you cannot see anyone's hands moving. However at the end we see a very similar shot, with clapping again and you can see they are doing it this time. Clearly someone forgot to tell the extras in the first shot so they put the sound on afterwards.David Mercier
