Audio problem: In the lobby shootout scene, when Trinity starts kicking one of the guards after he goes to reload and reaches for a new clip, you can hear her yell the first time she kicks him, but the next two times, although her mouth opens the same way, the audio's been silenced. (01:38:20)
Audio problem: After Trinity has flown through the window and tumbled down the stairs and looks back up at the window. You can hear the squeaky light swinging and see it swinging. Then the next frame show the light completely still but the squeaky sound is still there. (00:05:00)
Audio problem: In the lobby shootout, you can see two soldiers firing at Neo just before he does his cartwheel. Both of their weapons have the sound of an M16, but the first soldier is actually holding a pump action shotgun. You can even see the shell being ejected.
Audio problem: In the club scene where Trinity introduces herself to Neo, she leans in to whisper into Neo's ear. Trinity's jaw in the shots from behind her is moving nowhere close to how it should for the words she is saying. (00:10:30)
