Continuity mistake: When Jamie Lee Curtis is teaching a class, just prior to the class trip, a shot over her shoulder shows on the blackboard 'W.B. Yates'. It should be spelled 'Yeats'. In a shot a few seconds later the spelling has been corrected.
Continuity mistake: When Chucky kills the coroner there is a generous amount of blood splashing on the gravestone. But in the next shot we can see that he is standing next to the gravestone. Chucky shot the coroner in the back of the head since he was looking in the other direction and is falling on his face, so there should be no blood on the gravestone.
Continuity mistake: At the carnival, the glass of lemonade goes from half drunk to full. (00:32:20)

Continuity mistake: When Vivo finds Pantucci snooping around the cargo, he throws him to the middle of the mercenaries, and they all get around him, including T. Ray who smiles at him; when T. Ray smiles at Joey he is standing up, but when he gives the first kick he is sitting down.
Continuity mistake: In the picture of Morgan Moonscar in Simone's book, his scar is much longer than it was when we saw his ghost, and also later when we see his Zombie.
Continuity mistake: When Michelle thinks she is being attacked, she grabs the phone and throws it through the window, and it smashes out all of the glass. Yet as she climbs out, there is an amount of glass which has reappeared in the side ledge. (00:06:45)
Continuity mistake: When the two girls are on the floor, just as the phone rings, Tomoko (the girl in green) has her right hand on Masami's (girl in red) shoulder. Cut to a different angle but now, Tomoko has her hand on Masami's arm instead of her shoulder.
Continuity mistake: When Mike and Jodi are walking through the "deserted" town, supposedly everyone in town has been killed by The Tall Man, when the Tall Man walks down the middle of the street you can see an old lady pushing an empty shopping cart, and a car driving around a corner in the distance.
Continuity mistake: When Dr. Caldicott votes on Gavin at the Blue Ribbon meeting, from behind his arm is fully raised but from the front it's only halfway there. (00:35:10)
Continuity mistake: During the scenes where Detective Mike Gage is trying to track down Captain Howdy in his car via laptop and cell phone modem, he keeps looking at a certain driveway with a dog in it. Each time they cut back to the driveway, the dog is in a different place. The newspaper is also picked up and taken away by a man, and returns several times, each time in different spatial relation to the dog.
Continuity mistake: Julie goes to the mirror and wipes away some of the condensation from it, still leaving some condensation on it. However when Julie walks away from the mirror, the whole mirror is suddenly clean. (00:47:00)
Continuity mistake: When Marion searches for a place to hide the money, the lamp on the nightstand is over to the left side. However, when Marion places the newspaper on the nightstand, the lamp has moved to the center.
Continuity mistake: First, we see Mr. Renaldi put both arms above his head while lying on the bed. Then in the next shot, he has them both down. His arm changes continue for the next two shots. (00:34:10)
Continuity mistake: When the girl goes to the bathroom she drops her cigarette into the sink, you see it bounce and go to drop into the drain, but in the next shot of it is lying across the drain.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Eve is contemplating mating with Dennis Gamble in her lab, you can see her in the door's reflection standing. After rejecting him, she sits is a chair and turns away. The following shot shows Dennis's reaction to be rejected, but also show Eve's reflection still standing.
