Character mistake: When Lana and Kit are speaking in the cafe, the window behind them contains a spelling mistake. The window reads "Bolyston Cafe" when it should say "Boylston Cafe." (00:31:45)
Character mistake: When Bill mentions to Sophie-Anne that drinking the maenad's blood poisoned him, she says that vampires can only feed off human blood. However, across the show, we've seen vampires drink from fairies, werewolves and even the blood of other vampires, like Lilith's blood. (00:05:50)
Character mistake: When Olivia and Dr Galina are in the bathroom, Galina mentions an umbilical chord, from a baby whose mother died (Nadia), that contained Olivia's mitochondrial DNA. Mitochondrial DNA comes from the mother, so Nadia's Mitochondrial DNA came from Letha who got hers from Marie, absolutely nothing to do with Olivia.
Character mistake: At the very end of the episode Tara tells Glenn that her sister and nephew were not supposed to be there. Tara had a niece not a nephew.

Night of the Living Dummy III (1) - S2-E24
Character mistake: When Zane sees Rocky with the hockey mask, he seems legitimately terrified when he notices him. However, he was responsible for putting him there and no-one else was around. There is no reason for him to express real fear when he planned for his appearance the whole time. (00:11:44 - 00:12:08)
Suggested correction: He only pretended to be scared in order to fool his cousins, uncle and aunt.
Clyde Bruckman's Final Repose - S3-E4
Character mistake: Clyde Bruckman says that the Big Bopper won a coin toss that put him on the plane that crashed and killed him along with Buddy Holly and Ritchie Valens. The person who actually won the coin toss was Ritchie Valens.

Suggested correction: Travis is the one who says "Nick".
Blood Drive - S2-E6
Character mistake: Zayday makes incorrect statements about blood types. She mentions that, since Chanel #5 is type O-, her parents must also be O-; in actuality, they could each be type A or B (genotypes AO or BO, respectively) and could also have Rh+ blood as long as they also carry the recessive Rh- allele. Zayday also says that the child of two O+ parents must be O+, but actually the child could also be O- (again, if the parents carry the Rh- allele).
The Odyssey of Flight 33 - S2-E18
Character mistake: The real speed that was reported was 3,000 knots. At one point, the plane encountered a bright flash, and violent shaking. The Captain surmised that they broke the sound barrier. 3,000 knots equates to over 3,000mph. The sound barrier (Mach 1) is about 767mph, and the captain would know that.
Character mistake: When Rose and her friend board the plane, the stewardess offers them champagne. When she hands them their glasses, it is evident that the wine is a non-sparkling white wine, as there are no bubbles rising in the glasses. This is possibly a mistake by the stewardess, but not one that a professional would be likely to make.
Character mistake: The animal control officer tells Kolchak he was crazy shooting off a flash bulb at the gorilla, but the first frontal shot Kolchak took of the gorilla did not flash at all.
Character mistake: When Johnny is at the hospital, having a vision of his mother, Gene Purdy and Sarah is waiting for news of him following his accident, he states that a vision earlier was related to his accident 'Nine years ago'. Later, when he is in the ambulance on the way to where his accident occurred, he asks the paramedic if it was the same ambulance. The paramedic replies, 'Yeah, I've been driving the same rig for nearly eight years'.
Character mistake: When Walter is saying his father was a scientific pioneer at the university of Berlin, Peter reacts by saying: "Yeah, I know. Who came here in 1933, which is long before the Nazi's ever took power." In fact it is EXACTLY when the Nazi's took power: 30 January 1933. (00:19:00)

Character mistake: Dr. Kagan, who's a scientist and should definitely know better, points to Earth's solar system on the chart and calls it "our galaxy." This is roughly the equivalent of mistaking a dot this size [.] for the entirety of North America. (00:23:30)
Character mistake: After the ship crashes in the city, Search and Rescue enter the scene to get people out of the buildings and ship and save lives. It's a rescue mission... so why the heck are they sending in soldiers fully armed with weapons drawn at the ready to rescue people from a crashed ship? The rescue team doesn't know of the alien threat inside. The people who sent them in also don't know. It was identified as a science vessel. Yet they go in armed with guns at the ready. (00:36:30)
