Continuity mistake: During the photo shoot, after Tony takes the final shot and tells Margaret to "get dressed", so he can show her his place, she is wearing a different blouse and different earrings when she comes upstairs to his apartment.
Continuity mistake: After spotting Lagertha's boats, Torvi points at the boats and lowers her pointing arm. Another shot later and she is still pointing and lowers her arm again.
Continuity mistake: In Back and Forth, the 'modern' Edmund makes off with the helmet we saw Georgius put on the wall. But in the next shot of the Roman Blackadder and Georgius, the helmet is still where Georgius left it.

Continuity mistake: Throughout the show Rebecca has long hair. Suddenly it's shoulder length when talking to Israel while he was in bed.
Christmas Special 2017 - S2-E9
Continuity mistake: Price Albert's ice skates change after falling through the ice. Prior to the fall the ice skates have a curly blade front (appropriate for the time), upon emerging from beneath the ice the skates look like current models.
Continuity mistake: In the bootcamp scene where Captain Sobel is yelling at Private Christenson for drinking from his canteen, you see a machine gun resting on Christenson's right shoulder. When the camera angle changes to behind Christenson, the machine gun has suddenly moved onto his other shoulder. This happens quite a few times in this particular scene.
Continuity mistake: When Erik enters his father's office the clock on the wall shows 5.10pm. After they have been talking for a couple of minutes the clock still shows 5.10pm.
Continuity mistake: When Aetius is about to leave Rome, he tells Valentinian he's going to Ravenna to take command of the 3rd Legion. The banners of this legion, however, have "LEG XX" on them, which means this is actually the 20th Legion.
Continuity mistake: When Vorenus ask Eranus where his children are, Vorenus raises both his arms. When it cuts, they are down.
Continuity mistake: When Buckingham is about to be arrested, the camera is looking directly at him. At this angle, his black fur collar is flipped up, covering the neck of his white shirt. When the scene changes to a wide shot behind him, the collar is folded down. (00:35:00 - 00:35:50)
Continuity mistake: After the Battle of Bull Run, Jonas Steele is seen surveying the aftermath. Trouble is, there are a heck of a lot more dead bodies lying around outside the house than there were when the battle was raging, including those of Union soldiers. As the scenes of the battle demonstrated, the Union never actually got as far as the house; all their casualties were incurred on the slopes approaching the house, and then they retreated. Continuity mistake: When Chicken George comes back for the first time and sees Matilda, he walks towards her and takes off his white gloves. He is then seen hugging her with the white gloves back on.
The Macon 7 - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: At the party, Suzanna Macon passes her tea cup and saucer to a servant twice.
Continuity mistake: During the Medici brothers vs. Marco Bello confrontation near the end of the episode Lorenzo grabs a candlestick to defend himself against Marco Bello's knife - you can even notice a candle slipping off the candlestick. As Marco Bello turns to leave the chamber, however, Lorenzo's hands are empty and the candlestick rests on the table. In the next shot he's holding it again, with the candle sitting atop of the candlestick. (00:47:30)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where John Basilone goes looking for his friend Manny. Basilone has 3rd degree burns on his left forearm and left hand but in the shot he is walking through the jungle holding a pistol tightly in his left hand and his canteen is on his right side as he walks past a group of trees. The next shot he is continuing walking through the jungle but the gun is in his right hand (which isn't burned) and his canteen has also switched sides as he walks past the same group of trees.
Continuity mistake: When Carolyn and Ennis are racing on the beach, Carolyn in side-saddle has both her legs on the left and for just a couple of split seconds in another shot they're both on the right, and then back on the left again after that.
Continuity mistake: When the general shoots the elderly rebel, there is a huge blood stain left on his clothes where the left-hand side of his upper chest is located. When he collapses on the ground in the next shot, the blood stain has suddenly disappeared from his clothing. (01:13:23)
Continuity mistake: When Floris and Sindala ride out the gate by surprise, the cook's position (he was opening and closing the castle gate to let them through) is different when the camera changes.
Continuity mistake: When Rene comes upstairs to speak to Michelle, his hands and arms are covered in cement. However, when he arrives in the cafe from the basement his arms and hands are clean. Not enough time has elapsed for him to clean them all perfectly. (00:03:05)
Bloodshed in the Bordello - S20-E12
Continuity mistake: Zac goes in a playroom to investigate, puts a truck on a playhouse roof and tries to get a presence to push it off but nothing happens. He walks around to investigate the rest of the room. He squats down to look inside of a tent and when he does the camera pans out to show Billy in the doorway. When it does the truck is not on the roof of the playhouse, but when Zac stands up and walks by the playhouse, the truck comes flying off it.
