
Audio problem: When Hardison is talking to Carrey, just after he names his price ("30%"), there is a shot from a strange angle in which we hear Hardison talk while his mouth doesn't move at all.

Audio problem: When Oliver is fighting the guys in the hallway, he shoots the second to last guy. But when he starts to draw an instant beforehand, you can see that his right hand, with which he holds the arrow, is nowhere near the quiver when the sound of the drawn arrow begins.

Audio problem: When Gemma is talking to Clay in jail there's a shot "en profil" in which we only see the silhouette of her face. When Clay sits down you can see she's saying something, while the only sound we hear is Clay exhaling.

Audio problem: When Carter is searching Jean Jackson's house she asks him if he has a warrant - although the camera isn't on her you can see her reflection in the mirror and you can see that her mouth doesn't open when she is asking Carter this.

Audio problem: The director can be heard saying "Action" at the start of the scene. (00:16:35)

Day of Days - S1-E2
Audio problem: When Easy are attacking the 88 battery, in the scene where Buck scouts out what's ahead of him before throwing grenades, you can see a soldier holding an MP40 (machine pistol), who fires one shot with the sound effect of a Kar98 rifle. (00:31:50)

Audio problem: When the waitresses are performing their song, you can tell they are lip syncing to a recording even though they are supposed to be giving a live performance. The vocals have a noticeable amount of reverb and are mixed evenly with the instrumental track despite the fact they aren't even using microphones. (00:06:49 - 00:09:00)

Magical Express Murder Case: File 3 - S2-E12
Audio problem: When Kindaichi understands the trick and runs away from the murder room, Miyuki as usual exclaims "Hajime-chan!" but with a curious flub in animation, her tongue moves but not her lips. Try to say "Hajime-chan" keeping your mouth open all the time, it's fun. (00:18:45)

Audio problem: When the cops are grilling the owner of the parking lot, Crocker shouts, "Come on, George, start making sense!" and the guy interjects, "No, honest, I..." His lips are not moving, and he can't be articulating those words. (00:27:50)

Fundamentals of Naked Portraiture - S1-E14
Audio problem: When Brian and Rebecca arrive at GERD (Global Enterprise for Research and Development) and Rebecca says, "It's people like this who decided mutually assured destruction as the best way to deter nuclear attacks", her lips don't match her words when she starts speaking.

Pay in Pain - S1-E7
Audio problem: When Mackey is interrogating Leon the camera is pointed at Mackey as he asks Leon "why are you and the other shop owners all telling the same lie?" The camera then switches over Mackey's right shoulder so we can see Leon's reaction to Mackey's question. Look closely at Mackey's mouth in this shot, you can see him mouthing the exact words that he just spoke.

Chapter Five: The Flayed - S3-E5
Audio problem: When Joyce, Alexi and Hopper go to Murray's, Murray points a double barrel shotgun at them and it makes a sound of a pump action shotgun.

Audio problem: During Brenda Yamilet's TV performance a mismatch of lip movements and speech can be seen several times.

Audio problem: When Ilonka is speaking with her father about going to Brightcliff Hospice, in a shot where the camera is behind her, she says "Lots of foster kids. I mean, kids on their own" and the line appears to sync with her mouth perfectly. But immediately after finishing that line, she starts saying "It's a place for teenagers to transition on their own terms", and her mouth doesn't appear to sync up with the audio at all. (00:12:50)

Audio problem: Very audible slight 'echo' when Erin is talking with Mary Ellen in her bedroom about putting things off.

Audio problem: In the second scene when Pete hits the sword wielding man with the shield, we hear the sound effect, but he misses by an incredible amount of distance.

Audio problem: Just as Zen is reporting that it can find no stars for navigational reference points, something crashes very noisily off screen. No, it isn't the arriving Dayna's clunky shoes. Much too loud, unless she's throwing them at something.

Audio problem: When Janet is talking to Michael about how she loves Jason, there is a shot looking at Michael with Janet to the right. Janet is talking but her lips aren't moving.

Coming Home - S1-E13
Audio problem: The first refugee to greet Amuro has a male voice (original version, but also English dub), but when you look at the figure, it's kinda rounded in the chest and in the next shot when just the legs are in sight, just match the positions of those around Amuro and it's quite clear that 'he' is the one wearing a skirt. (00:10:00)

Audio problem: Jim has been beaten up in front of the Sierra and dragged back into his own car. When they drag him out inside of some warehouse, he says "Take it easy! I'm not struggling, am I?", but James Garner's lips are not moving and the line is obviously dubbed in. (00:24:30)
