Iron Forged in Fire: Part One - S1-E1

Factual error: As Tony is being escorted to Obadiah Stane’s office six months after Howard’s death, there is a close up of Trish’s computer keyboard. Everything on the keyboard matches up how it’s supposed to be on a QWERTY layout, except rather than the 4 being between E/R or above the R, as is standard on all keyboards, it's between R/T. All the numbers are moved over from where they are supposed to be. (00:07:50)

Triumvirate of Terror! - S3-E8

Factual error: During the final fight in Lex's lair, Joker gives Batman a good smack with his large hammer. As is common in this show, when a good hit is delivered, a freeze frame is show with the figures moving in slow motion with a stylized colorful backdrop to add to the drama dynamics. But as Joker delivers this hit and this stylized shot is shown, the show cuts to some inmates in a prison cell watching the fight on TV. The same stylized shot is shown on their TV, where it would be show like that there, only to us. They would have just seen Joker hit Batman with the hammer and him fly off in real time with no stylized back drop or slow mo. (00:20:00)

Manhunter - S1-E17

Factual error: The Marine Colonel in Supergirl played by Eddie McClintock spends all of his time wearing Marine Officer's Dress Blue Bravos. Marine Dress Blues are ceremonial uniforms. On rare occasions, the Charlies or Deltas (no coat) may be worn as a work uniforms (the primary exception to this rareness being recruiters). The full uniform is certainly not worn for day to day work in the field.

Sing for the Unicorn - S1-E5

Factual error: After Ganon captures King Harkinian, he takes him to a circular room and says that Link and Zelda have one hour to surrender the Kingdom of Hyrule and the Triforce of Wisdom or the King will fall a very long time. After he says this, a bright light shines up from the center of the room and begins expanding, it being a hole. However, it is expanding WAY too fast to take an hour to make the King fall to his doom. At the rate of expansion, it would be to the edge of the room in probably just over a minute if not less. The Harbinger - S1-E1

Factual error: 1-1 A couple of spelling errors. A "community center" in Ceylon, a British colony, using the American instead of the British spelling. And Columbo listed as the capital of Ceylon; it's Colombo.

The Day Danger Walked In - S3-E5

Factual error: Higgins, Thomas, TC and Rick are locked in a freezer. Their barber friend is tapping his horn in "a pattern" Higgins says is Morse code, and announces that he tapped "move back." Not really. I know Morse Code. All I got (along with a few undecipherable things) was TOERT NMU ETM CEA OFJ DER WK. No way that spells "Move Back."

Maps and Legends - S1-E2

Factual error: Picard tells his manservant that Laris and him are more needed at the Chateau than with him in space because there's less than a month left before the harvest. Without being privy to the knowledge of a XXIV century agronomist, grapes at the Chateau are grown with traditional methods in a climate that looks reasonably similar to our own. From the establishing shot at the beginning of this episode and what we could see by his walk in the vineyard in the previous, there are no grapes forming, ripening, not even flowers. Hardly the look of a vineyeard close to harvest. (00:07:00 - 00:36:10)

Titans - S1-E1

Factual error: When Starfire gets out of the totalled car, there is a road sign visible. It is a settlement exit sign, denoting the exit of Königsstetten and Zeiselmauer as next settlement ahead. Obviously the makers tried to be extra thorough nailing down their "outside Vienna" location. They started OK - both Königsstetten and Zeiselmauer actually ARE outside Vienna - but then they completely botched it: Not only did they use a German black-on-yellow "StVO Zeichen 331" instead of the Austrian "StVO Hinweiszeichen 17b" which has black writing on a white base with a blue rim and doesn't list the next settlement, but they also put 852km as the distance to the next settlement, which is more than the length of Austria west to east. The real distance is 3.8km.

Premiere - S1-E1

Factual error: CDR Crighton has on his astronaut flight suit. He is wearing an American flag on his right upper arm. But the flag has the field of stars to his rear. It is a flag designed to be worn on the left arm, not the right.

Series 5, Episode 2 - S5-E2

Factual error: Many of the Royal Navy details are completely wrong. The submarine captain's cap badge is not that of the Royal Navy. "Midshipman" Leonard wears the insignia of a chief petty officer. "Officer" (not a naval rank) Neal wears the insignia of a petty officer. "Officer" Shaw wears the insignia of an able rating. The Flag Office Submarines is depicted as a full admiral, whereas in fact he was a rear-admiral and the position no longer exists.

The Swan Bed - S1-E3

Factual error: As the opening credits roll, the boys are crossing a bridge into NOLA, and Buzz tunes the radio into a local station, "WWL, New Orleans, 870 on you AM dial".however, a close up of the 'Vette's radio shows the pointer sitting just to the right of the CONELRAD marker, which was 640 on the dial.

Double Dose - S2-E10

Factual error: Season 2 episode 10 "Double Dose": When Superman snatches Parasite's escape boat and hauls it back to Stryker's, Parasite attempts to blast him with a shotgun found aboard. But somehow the animators appeared unable to decide whether the gun should be a double-barrel or a pump-action type; and building a double-barrel pump gun would be impractical due to additional weight and bulk.

I. - S1-E1

Factual error: The men rowing the longboat into the wharf at Nassau are completely hopeless oarsmen. Needless to say, 18th century sailors would have been expert oarsmen. Untrained 21st century actors are not.

Robo Koopa - S1-E52

Factual error: Koopa tries to kill the Mario brothers, Bunsun and Dr. Nerdnik by pushing an electric pole at them. Mario and Luigi use a nearby fire hydrant to protect them by having water rush out of it and keeping the pole from crushing them. There is no way a single blast of water can stop a large pole from falling, and the brothers would have been electrocuted as soon as the water hit the pole. (00:07:00)
