The Town (2010)

Factual error: The establishing shot when Doug takes Claire to visit the assistant manager is set (like the entire film) in Boston, but the shot shows the City of Angels Medical Center (now the Silver Lake Medical Center) in Rosemont, Los Angeles. Unfortunately, its name is emblazoned all over the exterior wall.

Post Impact (2004)

Factual error: Sarah is claimed to be "ex-SAS" - but the SAS don't have any women. Maybe they will one day, but Post Impact is set in the present day.

The Triangle (2005)

Show generally

Character mistake: Patterson - the oceanographer - at one point claims that Lithuania is land-locked. She should know better; in fact, Lithuania has a coastline of close to 100 km on the Baltic Sea.

The Triangle (2005)

Show generally

Factual error: Haloclines are referred to throughout, and depicted occasionally as some sort of underwater tornadoes. Haloclines are in fact just salinity gradients, and look nothing like they do on the show.

Trivia: Not strictly a "movie mistake", but interesting to note. On the DVD commentary, Jonathan Frakes says repeatedly that the gun used by Picard in the holodeck scene is "a period German submachinegun". It is, of course, a Thompson M1928, possibly the most American submachinegun of them all.

The Detonator (2006)

Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where the Humvee pulls up at the checkpoint - two chocks are visible by the front tyres. They're not part of the roadblock - a couple of bits of plywood wouldn't stop even a determined Mini. Most likely, they're simply chocks to make sure the Humvee hits its mark.

Flight of Fury (2007)

Factual error: A SEAL team is sent in to Afghanistan; first they're referred to as "SEAL team Baker One", then a moment later they're "Ranger team Baker One". There's no part of that that isn't wrong. To make matters worse, the gear, weaponry and tactics they use are all wrong too as well as a single team being dispatched highly unlikely.
