Trivia: In an homage to the king of Hawaii-based cop shows, Hawaii Five-O, Don Ho tells MacBride and Ryan at the end that if they ever break up his night club again, he's going to call McGarrett. Ryan gives MacBride a baffled look and just before the freeze-frame, queries, "Who's McGarrett?"
The Scorn of the Star Sapphire! - S3-E5
Trivia: After freeing Miss Taylor from the grip of Star Sapphire, Green Lantern encases her in a green energy box and flies her away. The box is shaped almost exactly like a shuttle craft from Star Trek. (00:15:50)
Trivia: When Barry is checking the results of his tests in the police lab, he turns to the computer to view the screen. The camera changes to see the screen, and for just a moment (just a few frames) we see what was on the screen before his results - a couple of stolen car reports, one of which is that of "Joliet Jake Blues" (from the Blues Brothers movie). And yes, the car and licence are the same as in the movie. I don't know what the connection is; I assume someone on the crew loved that movie. (01:12:00)

Trivia: This series was intended to serve as a "sequel" to the 1995 feature-film, though it was later disregarded by the theatrical sequel "Mortal Kombat: Annihilation."
Trivia: Linda Hamilton says to Nolan and Irisa "Come with me if you want to live." This is the exact same line Arnold Schwarzenegger says to Linda Hamilton in the movie The Terminator.
Flight Risk - S2-E4
Trivia: In this episode, Dan Cooper hijacks and robs the passengers, then jumps out of the plane mid-flight with over $1 million of goods. In 1971, a man identifying himself as "Dan Cooper" (later misidentified by the media as "D.B. Cooper", which ended up being the more popularised epithet) hijacked a plane and jumped out of the plane in mid-flight with over $200K (equivalent to over $1 million in 2017).
Trivia: It's noticeable that the series drops in quality in season 3. This is because ABC hired the consulting firm "Q5" to rework their lineup in an attempt to boost ratings. Unfortunately, Q5 seemed to misunderstand the series, and forced the creative team to unnecessarily change it. Their changes included making Janine a blander character and relegating Winston to just being "the driver." The crew hated the changes, which they felt were often racist and sexist. Some even left out of protest.
Trivia: Lieutenant Decker is the same Decker from The A-Team TV show.
Trivia: Ben Barnes plays Frank Castle's friend Billy Russo. In Stardust he played the father of Charlie Cox, who plays Daredevil in another Marvel/Netflix series.
LaWanda: The Book of Burial - S1-E3
Trivia: When Grace and Anissa are talking in the library, Grace says Anissa should read "The Outsiders" (a DC comics). Black Lightning was one of the founding members of The Outsiders.
Trivia: The original TC, Roger E. Mosley, shows up in 2 episodes in the series. The first is S1-E18 - A Kiss Before Dying and the other is in S3-E5 The Day Danger Walked In.
