Death by Resurrection - S1-E12
Continuity mistake: McBride and Ryan are driving through town in heavy traffic. When the shot cuts (and their conversation continues uninterrupted), not only does the rear view mirror disappear, but an obvious rear screen projection changes their locale to a country road with trees and no traffic at all. (00:06:00)
Audio problem: Volkswagen Beetles had a very distinctive "putt-putt" engine noise. In every scene with the bad guy following Ryan and McBride in a VW Beetle, the sound effects dubbed in post-production belong to a much larger, standard American car, and not to a VW at all. (00:26:00)
Revealing mistake: Not only is the stunt double's face visible in several shots during the apartment fight scene, the man is also noticeably taller and heavier than Robert Wagner, and is wearing a really bad wig.
Continuity mistake: The package containing the camera changes size and shape between the opening scene, where Barnes drops it into a mailbox, and the scene where it arrives at Auden's office.
Continuity mistake: During the car chase, Ryan pursues the kidnappers up a hill past two parked VW vans. When the camera angle reverses, one of the two vans has disappeared. (00:12:15)
Continuity mistake: At the carnival, Pete's cotton candy changes shape and doubles in size between takes. (00:24:30)
Whatever Happened to Carol Harmony? - S2-E23
Continuity mistake: After Pete and Mac chase the guard dogs out, the mansion's double gates close themselves between one shot and the next. (00:23:00)
Ain't Nobody Here Named Barney - S1-E17
Continuity mistake: The murderer places the combination lock on the trailer door upside down, with the dial facing in. In the next shot, the lock has flipped itself over and now has the dial facing out. (00:29:20)
