Continuity mistake: In Pikachu's Vacation, when Pikachu and the rest of his friends are pulling Charizard's head out, the rope that they use was not there during the previous shots.
Continuity mistake: During the storm of Lisa's creation, when Wyatt shouts to hang up the phone, Gary leans over Wyatt's arm and places the handset back onto the phone base. However, after Gary shouts, "What's going on?" the handset is still on the modem.
Continuity mistake: When R2-D2 closes the door to the platform in the back of the monastery (before Asajj attacks Ahsoka), Asajj stabs both of her lightsabers through the door, a few inches apart from each other, and starts moving them downward. In the next shot, on the other side of the door, there is already a solid line (the top of the circle) cut into the door. There wasn't enough time for her to have stopped and connected the space between the two holes. (00:45:40)
Continuity mistake: When a man is giving a locket with two pictures, he places it on his left hand, yet the close-up shows the right hand.
Continuity mistake: Approximately two scenes after Kitai leaves the pigs' burrow where he sheltered for the night, the "cutlass" is suddenly missing from his backpack. He later retrieves another from the ship's tail section. There is likely a deleted scene which would have explained the loss of the cutlass.
Continuity mistake: After Batman shoots Reverse Flash through the head, Flash rushes over to Batman and catches him before he falls over from his wounds. As Flash is lying him down slowly, there is no blood on Batman's face. It then cuts to a close up as Batman reaches up to pull off his mask and there is suddenly blood on his lips and chin. Continuity mistake: After Claudia leaves the ride without her cell phone it cuts to Fin driving his car into dense fog, and in the exterior shots the Toyota's front grille emblem as well as the license plate inexplicably vanish, and then reappear.
Continuity mistake: When Anthony Hopkins is on the phone with John Turturro, an Autobot approaches the phone booth he is standing at to talk to him, and stands in front of the phone. A few seconds later, the Autobot starts to walk away by walking forwards. The shot cuts to Turturro telling the Autobot he'll be five minutes, and it has suddenly vanished from in front of the phone booth.
Continuity mistake: When Kat and the protagonist have dinner, his hands swap between crossed or not depending on the shot. (00:28:32)
Continuity mistake: As V attacks all of Creedy's men with his knives, in one shot he cuts one man's neck, and blood sprays onto the man's face, but in the next shot as the man falls, his face is clean.
Continuity mistake: When the police confront Leeloo on the side of the building, she raises her hands and we can see that they're covered in soot. She jumps off and lands in Korben's cab. When she comes to, she presses her hand against the glass, and her hand is magically clean. (00:32:35 - 00:33:20)
Continuity mistake: Depending on the version, in the final confrontation between the Emperor and the Harkonnen, and Paul and the Fremen, you can see Thufir Hawat standing in the crowd of the imperial side. After the battle between Paul and Sting he has suddenly disappeared. This is due to there being different, much longer versions of the same film. There is a 120 minute version, 180 and 190 minutes, and apparently in Singapore you can buy a 240 minute version. However, in the long versions the stains on Thufir's lips and Paul's totally blue eyes do not appear in the extra scenes: now you see it, now you don't.
Continuity mistake: In the Madison Square Garden fight scene between MacLeod and Fasil, Fasil's shades fall off after he rolls over a car, and the shot of them on the ground shows him running away in the reflection. McCloud stands over them looking around...and a few seconds later Fasil strikes a junction box, with his shades miraculously back on his face.
Continuity mistake: Just after the doctor started the post mortem on that little girl, the front of his gown is covered with blood. Yet, a few seconds later, after the two other guys appear, his gown looks better, with less blood. And during the whole post mortem scene, the blood spot actually changes its size a few times. Continuity mistake: When Dredd is talking to Hershey in her wrecked apartment the cut above his eye runs across his eyelid but later on when he's talking with Rico in the Janus lab the cut follows his eyebrow and doesn't touch his eyelid.
Continuity mistake: When Kevin Spacey is rushed into the hospital after collapsing, the medical people rip his shirt off to apply ice bags. In the next shot they are stuffing ice bags up under his intact shirt. (01:15:25)
Continuity mistake: At the beginning where Trevor is looking through Max's stuff, he sets the glove on the table. In the next shot the glove is back in the box. (00:07:10)
Continuity mistake: When Snake kills the wrestler he falls forward shoulders forward, next minute his arms are over the ropes, next minute his arms are in a different position again - quite active for a dead man. (01:16:55 - 01:18:10)
Continuity mistake: It's shown in many scenes that the robot Gallaxar sends isn't particularly quick moving when it walks. But when it's chasing Ginormica around the city, even though Ginormica is sprinting away, it can catch her far more quickly than its speed would allow. It doesn't suddenly speed up - in the shots when the camera focuses on the robot again, you can still see it moving slowly.
