Visible crew/equipment: After Phil drives the truck off the cliff, and it explodes in a burst of flames, there is a shot of Andie MacDowell and Chris Elliot staring in shock at the disaster. The two actors are bathed in an orange glow supposedly coming from the flaming wreckage. But in the lens of the TV camera Elliot is holding, there is a noticeable reflection of the lighting equipment used to create the glow effect on the actors. (01:04:15)

Revealing mistake: As Elsa sings "Let It Go" she pulls her hair into a long braid going down her back. She pulls it with her left hand from behind her to in front, but the end doesn't flip over her shoulder, she just pulls it straight through to the other side without going over the top. (00:34:10)
Continuity mistake: In the scene when Gin and Mac are in the elevator, Mac puts in the keycard and presses 86. You then see the position indicator (PI) which shows the floor (70) in an LED, a red up arrow, and the words "EXECUTIVE FLOOR ACCESS GRANTED" in a red box. But when they are trying to escape, after Mac disengages the Door Hold button, you see that the PI has changed. It is all one colour and the floor number is written in a computer font. Continuity mistake: During the hockey fight, number 12's helmet is off, then on, then off again. (01:17:00)
Continuity mistake: When the Devil is a teacher in the classroom she is erasing homework assignments off the board. In the close up shots (and maybe 1 or 2 of the far away ones) the board's partially erased. In most of the far away shots however, the board isn't erased. (01:01:50)
Continuity mistake: When Kat and Patrick are in the car after the party, when they're driving there's no rear view mirror, but one appears once they stop. (00:49:30)
Continuity mistake: When Kim is watching Edward cut the roses, in closeups she's quite close to the curtain, and it's hanging straight down. In the wide shot she's slightly further away, and the curtain is angled outwards because she's holding it back with her hand.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where the two sets of parents meet for the first time on the island, Bernie hugs Greg leaving his sweat mark on Greg's shirt which also looks wrinkled. This changes to there being no wetness at all, some wetness and then very wet again in between shots of him. When he enters the house, his t-shirt is totally smooth and dry. (00:21:25 - 00:23:20)
Continuity mistake: When Rex slams on his brakes after Ian tells him that he met a girl online, the background outside the driver side window is a building with trees around it. The shot then switches to the passenger side. When the shot goes back to the driver's side, the background outside of the window is just trees and other shrubbery, even though the car is still at a standstill. (00:06:25)
Continuity mistake: After Kathleen (Meg Ryan) and Joe (Tom Hanks) talked about what it would have been like if they hadn't been enemies in the book business, Kathleen says she has to go and heads off to her apartment. During this time, the camera switches back and forth between Joe and Kathleen. Kathleen's right sweater sleeve cuff is by her wrist in one shot and rolled up by her elbow in the next. In the next shot it goes back down again. (01:47:20)
Visible crew/equipment: Near the beginning when Lois and Clark are walking out of the Daily Planet, Clark gets stuck in the revolving doors. But, look closely at the glass door, and you can see Richard Donner (confirmed in Superman expanded commentary) holding the door so that Christopher Reeve can get stuck.
Continuity mistake: When Abby is consoling Noelle, after she finds out that Roy is a loser, notice the magazine she throws after saying 'You are no longer allowed to read this destructive literature' ends up on Abby's lap at the end of the scene. She threw it on the floor earlier. (00:46:55)
Continuity mistake: Before the wreath of garlic falls down on Lucy's bedside table, it can be seen hanging on the lamp, but in the previous shot, as well as earlier in the scene, there was no garlic on the lamp. When Lucy grabs the vase from the bedside table a couple of shots later, the garlic that fell down on the table has mysteriously disappeared. (01:09:35)
Continuity mistake: When Jeanie is telling Richie the order, she alternately holds the pad, or it is down on the table. The pencil in her hands disappears in one shot too. (00:07:15)
Continuity mistake: There is a scene in which it is raining quite heavily and Em and Richard are inside the hutch. Richard is playing Pop Goes The Weasel over and over which annoys Em. She stabs him in the foot and he chases her outside. In this scene she is wearing a strapless dress but when he catches her and pins her down on the sand she is wearing a lacey jacket (she didn't have time to change) and there are no clouds or rain. The sand doesn't seem to be very wet either, despite the fact that it was raining heavily a few minutes ago. (00:41:10)
Revealing mistake: In the scene where King Arthur expounds on the joy of his kingdom, he has a Band-Aid on the back of his neck. (00:21:00)
Continuity mistake: Tiana wears a pair of gold earrings during Charlotte's ball. They disappear when she's watching Charlotte dance with the prince and reappear later. (00:23:55)
Continuity mistake: Jack and Carl are in Carl's stateroom. Carl opens the crate of whiskey, takes out a bottle and puts it down. The bottle then turns itself around so the label's sometimes visible, sometimes not.
Continuity mistake: When Lawrence first wakes up in the hospital when Janet walks in, the guard rail on his bed is down. It's up in the next shot. Then it's back down when Janet leaves.
