Continuity mistake: In the scene in the karaoke shop, watch the light through the window. Sometimes it's daylight outside, sometimes it's dark.
Factual error: In the beginning, Leonard looks at a copy of John G/Teddy's driver's license. The expiration date is listed as 2-29-01, but of course, 2001 was not a leap year, so there would've only been 28 days in the month. (00:12:45)
Continuity mistake: The girls are round Sam's Grandma's house drinking lemonade. Then when Grandma runs over to take their cups away, a cushion appears on Teeny's lap between shots. (01:11:55)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Marcus reads the comic showing the origins of Big Daddy and Hit Girl, we see a closeup of the last but one page, but when Marcus holds the comic book up to Damon in the next shot, the page is completely different to what it was before.

Factual error: In the scene when Will is opening the drawer of films from the Leeds home, there is clearly a copy of Mrs. Doubtfire in the left column of tapes. How can that be? Red Dragon is clearly set "several years" after 1980, as the caption says, but before the 1991 Silence of the Lambs, but "Mrs. Doubtfire" came out in 1993.
Visible crew/equipment: When Splinter throws Shredder over the wall, Splinter's puppeteer is visible. (Full screen only).
Revealing mistake: During the filming of 'Hell's Angels' Howard gets the idea to build a single wing mono plane. He and another take an axe and smash the support holding up the upper wing. If you notice the upper wing is already broken, hinged and a very poor covering has been laid over the joint. It is very obvious and noticeable in a few shots leading up to this.
Continuity mistake: When Helen and Jacob walk out from under the bridge, at the very end of the movie, we see footsteps being made in the metal "sand". When the camera pans to a shot from behind, the footsteps made in the sand are gone.
Continuity mistake: When Miri takes her name tag at the reunion, it's sticking to the thumb of her right hand. In the next shot, it's sticking to the index finger of her left hand. (00:13:30)
Continuity mistake: At the beginning "Pete" asks Violet for her autograph on a time card. She signs it and the "T" is not crossed, and when Pete puts it on the board it is crossed. Then at the end when Violet's dad buys it from Pete it is again not crossed. Also if you look at the "V" when she signs it and after Pete puts it up they are different. And lastly, when Violet signs her last name it is spaced but when Pete puts it up it is jumbled together. Her signature is different all around. (00:01:30 - 01:27:30)
Continuity mistake: During the prison fight scene, Silk Spectre's stiletto boot heels are alternatively flat-soled from shot to shot, for the stunt woman's benefit.
Continuity mistake: During the scene when Thomas Crown is sailing, you can see the weather change from very dark and stormy, to just cloudy, to blue sky and sun, depending on the shot. (00:36:30)
Continuity mistake: When Bryan chases the spotter, all of the cars that had to stop are all positioned at different angles. After the spotter dies and Bryan walks back along the bridge, one of the shots shows all of the cars now parked in a perfectly straight line.
Continuity mistake: In the scene on the Golden Gate Bridge when the apes are pushing the bus, the police shoot the bus numerous times, but when the camera goes off the bus and then shows the bus again (twice) the bullet holes are not there anymore.
Continuity mistake: When Samuel looks at the handgun in the drawer, the gun is vertical in closeup, but the grip is tilted left when Samuel reaches for it. (00:46:20)
Visible crew/equipment: When Bill's fiance is driving over after the first tornado, when the truck lands, she swerves and she stops. As she is getting out, a camera is visible. When the camera backs up though, a crew-member pulling it back is visible in the door.
Continuity mistake: When Boobie gets in the car after clearing out his locker the car window is very dirty and spotted, but a few seconds later the camera shows the window again and it is perfectly clean and spotless. (01:11:45)
Continuity mistake: When Gene Hackman is helping his wife zip up her dress her hair goes from hanging straight down her back, to being over her shoulder. It cuts without giving enough time to assume that she moved her hair.
Continuity mistake: After Donald Sutherland parachutes into England, he walks across a cow paddock towards a gate. As he climbs over the gate, you can see there are no cows to the left of him along the fence but in the very next shot, you can see a line of cows along the fence which weren't there in the previous shot.
