Other mistake: The Rev. W. Awdry is not credited in the title card of the episodes "Mike's Whistle", "Tit for Tat", and "Useful Railway." Only Andrew Brenner's name appears.
The Way She Does It - S20-E20
Other mistake: In the Family Jr. airing, Davey Moore is not credited for writing the episode; Andrew Brenner is. This mistake was fixed in the UK airing.
Other mistake: Thomas has 2 side rods when he crashes into the pile of dirt, and the duplicated side rod is moving despite Thomas having his brakes on.
Henry Gets It Wrong - S12-E5
Other mistake: Henry was supposed to take Emily's trucks to the Coaling Plant, but he takes them to Knapford Yards instead. The narrator also refers to Knapford Yards as the Coaling Plant.
Thomas' Train - S1-E5
Other mistake: When the Fat Controller is talking to the crew, the buffers on the first coach in front of Thomas is crooked.
Other mistake: When Thomas is grumping, his lamp is dirty, even though he didn't do anything dirty yet.

When Duck and Diesel leave the shed, Diesel follows Duck instantly, but the tracks they are on both lead to the turntable. As they are on different tracks to each other, it would be impossible for Diesel to follow Duck that quickly as the turntable could only be set to one track at a time.
In the shot of Thomas leaving Knapford, his model from the original pilot cut is used. The scenery in Knapford is slightly different in this shot as well.
