Trivia: In the shot of the butler saying: "You are wanted on the telephone." A picture of a Victorian-style train with a moustache from the Railway Series is seen on the wall behind the butler.
Trivia: The studio that made the Thomas and Friends show didn't have the budget to buy a bunch of coaches, so in order to save money, they painted one side tan and the other side green and white. This probably explains why the coaches keep getting flipped. They always show the same side of the coaches so that no one will tell the difference. This resulted in a goof.
Trivia: According to a SiF interview, Fergus' model was damaged during filming of the landslide scene. His model still worked, but the flywheel couldn't turn anymore, nor could he puff anymore steam. This could be why he never appeared again after the airing of the seventh season.
Trivia: When Bill and Ben find Boco, there's a soup can on the left of the screen, dressed to be part of the set like a large oil drum or similar.
Trivia: The map of Duke's Railway is actually a map of railways on the Isle of Wight, flipped upside down. The line in particular which the Portly Man points out, is the Isle of Wight Central Railway.
