Merger of the Big Five: Part 2 - S3-E15

Continuity mistake: When Joey gets up after being attacked by Hysteric Angel, in the shot of him saying "Yeah, I've never been better," he has his arm over his face. His elbow appears to be aligned with his mouth, but when the shot cuts, it is now his wrist that is aligned with his mouth. (00:04:47)

Merger of the Big Five: Part 2 - S3-E15

Continuity mistake: When Johnson summons Hysteric Angel, in the shot of him placing the monster card on the duel disk, there is another monster card also on the duel disk. A few seconds later, after Hysteric Angel has appeared on the field, only one monster card can be seen on the duel disk, even though there should be two. (00:03:52)

Duel Identity, Part II - S1-E30

Character mistake: Yugi mistakenly says if he doesn't get a monster out to defend himself Mai can attack him directly, which wouldn't be possible since the rules of Duel Monsters during the Duelist Kingdom arc forbade direct attacks on defenseless opponents. That rule wouldn't be implemented until the Battle City arc.
