The Game - S6-E1

Other mistake: While Roy's in the ambulance with the woman who fainted, when she holds out the bag of potato chips, we can see the large brand name on the front of the bag is covered with red tape in two places. Though they neglected to cover the small 'Lays' brand name on the side of the bag.

Other mistake: At the start, while Johnny is cleaning the oven, we can see that the oven cleaner spray can has tape covering its brand name, and anything else on the can that gives away the name of the brand.

Fair Fight - S6-E5

Other mistake: When Squad 51 is dispatched to 'man with head injury' which is the fighting couple, the dispatcher says "10763 Riverton, cross street Valleyheart Drive," but when they arrive the two street signs at the intersection read "Valleyheart Drive 10700" and "Riverton Ave 4000." The house number is 10763, so the dispatcher should have said, "10763 Valleyheart Drive, cross street Riverton."

Fair Fight - S6-E5

Other mistake: Squad 51 is dispatched to the fighting couple three different times, and we hear the dispatcher give the address cross street as "Valleyheart," but all three times the subtitles read, "Valley Park." Subtitles from Universal Studios 2010 DVD.

Captain Hook - S6-E8

Other mistake: When John, Roy, and Chet are standing near the stove talking about how much they enjoyed Hookrader's party, there's a can of cleaning powder which has tape swirled around the can to hide the recognizable design and its brand name, which is Ajax.

Captain Hook - S6-E8

Other mistake: While Roy, John, and Chet are talking about the party, and how emotional it all was, we hear Hookrader say, "Lopez," just as he walks into the kitchen where Marco Lopez is sitting, but the subtitles read, "Hello, guys."

Captain Hook - S6-E8

Other mistake: When Johnny and Roy rappel down the cliff to the downed police traffic helicopter, Johnny gets on the HT and says, "All right, Cap, this is HT 51..." but the subtitles actually read, "Hi, Cap, this is HE 51..." After the rescue, Captain Stanley tells Roy and Johnny to get checked out at the hospital, and he'll have Chet drive the Squad in, so Johnny replies, "Okay," but subtitles read that Chet replied, even though Chet is still down below with Marco. Subtitles from Universal Studios 2010 DVD.

Other mistake: When Roy and Johnny rescue the deputy from the wrecked chopper that sank in the water, they emerge from the water soaked from head to toe, but when they are pulled to the top of the cliff, Johnny and Roy are both completely dry except for a few small wet patches on their shirts.

Computer Terror - S6-E9

Other mistake: At the scrapyard with the man who was nearly crushed in the car, when Roy takes his BP the stethoscope chestpiece is on the man's arm in the wide shot, but in the closeup the chestpiece hangs in mid-air not actually touching the man's arm, yet Roy continues to read the BP.

Computer Terror - S6-E9

Other mistake: Station 51 responds to an "accident with injuries, " address 7526 Sunset, cross street, Abbott, to rescue two people stuck on scaffolding at the top of the tall building. This distinctive, mirrored glass building was also used this season in episode 6, "Rules of Order", with the address given as 3120 South Century, cross street, Burgess, for the rescue of two people hanging off the side of the tall structure. The actual building address is 500 190th Street, Gardena, CA.

Welcome to Santa Rosa County - S6-E10

Other mistake: When Roy and Johnny begin their ascent, the injured rock climbers are shown in a closeup, which then zooms out so we can see the entire area to the left, and the only rope up there is the boys' red rope. When Johnny reaches the boys, he's pulling himself up with the help of a blue rope, which has already been anchored in place near the injured boys. So who put it up there and anchored it? Not the injured boys. Not Johnny. Not Roy, who is still down below.

Paper Work - S6-E11

Other mistake: After 51 rescues the boy who was stuck in the storm drain and is brought to the ER, Brackett uses the laryngoscope for endotracheal intubation, but the problem is we can see when Brackett cups his left hand, he merely places the distal end of the laryngoscope over the top of his hand, not actually down into the boy's mouth.

Paper Work - S6-E11

Other mistake: When the foreman and secretary are rescued at the warehouse fire, two shots after we see the foreman climbing down the ladder, there's a shot of the grey steel drums marked 'acetone' with two lying on their sides on a wood pallet, while the guys hose down the fire. What's funny is that in the next shot there's a disposable plastic cup that has suddenly appeared on that pallet. Obviously while shooting the different takes one of the actors or crew members left their cup on the pallet before they resumed filming.

Other mistake: When the little boy is stuck in the storm drain with the rushing water from the broken hydrant, Johnny climbs into the manhole and is submerged up to his shoulders in water while dealing with the boy, but when they lift the boy out and lay him on the grass, Johnny is quite dry except for some wet patches on his shirt.

The Mouse - S4-E20

Revealing mistake: At the apartment complex fire, after Johnny is knocked unconscious by the explosion, when the Pasadena fireman finds him and has to lift him up, it's funny how even though Johnny's unconscious we can see that he actually helps to stand himself up, so the fireman can lift him up and carry him out.

The Mouse - S4-E20

Question: The old man that comes in with his wife that can't breathe, the one that the head nurse tries to counsel and tempts him with a cup of coffee. I believe he is Alfred Hitchcock, though his name is not listed anywhere. Alfred Hitchcock is known for his cameo appearances in his own shows and in other shows. Can someone confirm that this is him? This is driving me nuts... It is toward the end of the episode, but I cannot give you times.

Answer: I believe you are speaking of the old man, Mr. Wilson. He's played by J. Pat O'Malley.

Bishop73

Correct, it was J. Pat O'Malley...he also played the grandfather with his grandson when their rocket exploded, and also played "Old Bill" in the episode with Ann Prentiss, where Gage saves the little girl from the burning tree house, and her mother falls in love with him.
