Continuity mistake: When Lincoln and Michael are talking on the little pier, Michael talks about Westmoreland and his relationship to the truth. Lincoln has his head turned towards Michael through this, but as Michael says "There'd be no reason for him to lie about it", the angle changes and Lincoln is suddenly staring straight ahead, with no time to turn his head between shots.

Continuity mistake: At the start when Mahone is sitting in his garden, his grip on his phone changes between shots. In some shots he has 1 finger on the side of the phone and in others he has 2. (00:01:20)

As the camera follows a man in the park you can see that Michael has opened to the midpages, but in the next shot Michael is looking at the front page again, before opening it another time. Continuity mistake: When Tbag has the screwdriver to the doctor's face, in some shots it's pressed into his skin leaving an indentation in the cheek, in others it's not touching his face. (00:15:30)

Continuity mistake: When Lincoln Borrows is secretly talking to his son in prison using a cell phone, he is seen wearing an inner blue plaid shirt for most of the scenes before. As the conversion starts and focus switches between the two, the inner shirt is visible and not visible. It disappears and re-appears three times during the conversation. (00:20:00)

Continuity mistake: The dust, dirt and general marks on Linc's side of the car change drastically between leaving the car park and arriving at the court. (00:23:00)

By the time they pull along side, a massive dent has appeared in his door despite not hitting anything in the 3 seconds it took to get from behind to level with the car. (00:01:50)
