Corrected entry: When Beast Boy transforms in the Tower's sick bay, he rips out of his uniform, tearing it to shreds and shedding it as he increases in size and mass. However, even though it is a certainty that in every Transformation into this werewolf form his uniform suffers the same fate, he still wears his (albeit torn-up) costume following his changes back to human form before and after that scene. Likely a decision of the producers to keep the cartoon at kid niveau.
Corrected entry: When Robin prepares to inject the shrunken Gizmo into Cyborg, he and Starfire approach Cyborg's cot from the (TV screen's) right side, while Raven closes in from the left. But as Robin prepares to position the syringe, Raven has suddenly joined him and Starfire on their side.

Corrected entry: While trapped in the tub, Starfire is wearing Blackfire's outfit in some shots. You can tell because you can't see her skin.
