Character mistake: As Decker talks to a handcuffed Hannibal, he says, "Lieutenant Colonel Smith." Hannibal is a full Colonel, as evidenced by his Class A uniform. He has Colonel rank insignia on his shoulders.
Continuity mistake: As he gets B.A. into the doctor's office, the van door is left open. After the interior scene, the van door is closed.
Visible crew/equipment: As Murdock gets out of the car to check the dog, the camera and crew can be seen in the reflection.
Continuity mistake: As Hannibal talks with "Koochie" his gun is up to mid torso height. After the angle change, he holds it as if he's sighting the lady.

As Hannibal makes his point, he gestures with and throws a black finned dart, but in the close up of it sticking through a scuba mask, it has two blue and two red fins.
