Continuity mistake: In Commissioner Gordon's office, after Batman uses his handy mini fire extinguisher to extinguish Joker's flaming 2-way spy device, when he walks over to Gordon's desk the mini fire extinguisher is in his left hand, but when it cuts to the closeup as he realises the significance of RAM, the fire extinguisher is suddenly in his raised right hand. Continuity mistake: After Batman has been hit by Marsha's love dart, when Robin pulls the dart out and then begs Batman to resist it, in these semi closeups note Burt Ward's uncovered forearm with his still-healing burn wound. Then, while the Dynamic Duo fight Marsha's sabre wielding goons, Marsha hits Robin with another one of her darts and orders him to attack Batman. When this happens, Burt Ward's forearm now has a compression bandage around the wound. (00:13:55)

Continuity mistake: While Joker and his baddies are in the vent shaft at the waterworks, Joker takes out the envelope and holds the envelope with his left palm up, but in the closeup his left palm is down as he pours the pills into his right hand. (00:14:50)
The Clock King's Crazy Crimes (1) - S2-E11
Continuity mistake: When Clock King steals his favorite painting from the gallery, as he places it through the wall hole note the strips of tape adhered to the paintings back, and its hanging wire near the bottom (it's upside down). In the next shot from the other side of the wall hole, the painting is now turned the opposite way (it's right side up), note the tape strips. (00:16:25)
Continuity mistake: During the fight, the desk mat and desk calendar are moved initially and then moved again later in the fight. (00:19:03 - 00:22:00)

Continuity mistake: When the Dynamic Duo goes up the Bat Pole chute, the NEGATE COSTUME CHANGE lever is down. When they come down as Dick and Bruce, the lever is up, and Robin pulls it down to stop the instant change back to Dick and Bruce.
The Clock King's Crazy Crimes (1) - S2-E11
Continuity mistake: After starting the sand in the giant hourglass, Clock King puts on his alarm clock top hat. Between distance and close shots, the clock reads a few minutes to three, then Three o'clock in the closeups.

Continuity mistake: The indicator arrow alternates between AGONY and KO too quickly.

Continuity mistake: When the Joker directs Gordon and O'Hara to look at the statue of Justice, they look at it from a front view. But when Joker comes out of the Police building where he left them frozen, it's from behind the statue, rather than in front.
Continuity mistake: At the end, when Minstrel is cornered by the Dynamic Duo, he pulls out his sparking remote unit. After being told it won't work, as O'Hara cuffs him, the unit that was in his hand disappears.

Continuity mistake: In the beginning, Batman and Robin's side of the scales are lowering them down. At one point, it isn't moving.

Continuity mistake: At the end of the episode, the pointer on the scales alternates from pointing between "AGONY" and "K.O." to pointing between "CLOSE" and "AGONY" and back again. (00:22:05)

Continuity mistake: In the park at the statue base, Batman uses a knife to open the telegram. As he reads, the knife is pointed up, and a moment later, it's down.

Continuity mistake: When Batman and Robin are trying to escape from the giant coffee cup at the beginning of this episode, spots of moisture keep appearing and disappearing on Batman's costume.
The Contaminated Cowl (1) - S2-E35
Continuity mistake: After the Mad Hatter's spray turns Batman's cowl pink, Batman and Robin are shown in the Batmobile, headed back to the Batcave. The stock shot shows Batman wearing his regular blue cowl while inside the car. Once they get to the Batcave, Batman's cowl is pink again.
Continuity mistake: When Batman is strapped into the electric chair, his utility belt is the standard flat-front, blank, yellow boxes. Once Batman breaks the wire loose to send a message, there is a large, black and yellow button attached to the the right front of the belt.
Shoot a Crooked Arrow (1) - S2-E1
Continuity mistake: When Batman and Robin are ensnared by Archer's net, Batman says he will get his batknife to free them. When Archer shoots them down with the arrow, they are apparently unconscious but with no explanation of what knocked them out while stuck in the net.
Catwoman Goes to College (1) - S2-E49
Continuity mistake: When they first go to the bat poles, Bruce is on the right. The next shot at the bottom, Bruce/Batman is on the left and Dick/Robin is on the left. They switched sides. It has happened throughout the series.
The Sandman Cometh (1) - S2-E33
Continuity mistake: When Dick and Bruce go "to the bat poles" Dick is on the left side and Bruce on the right. When they get to the bottom, they have switched poles. Dick is on the right and Bruce is on the left.
Answer: There were three well-known actors who played Mr. Freeze, each one a different height, weight, and physique. As these were notable guest stars, the costume designers would adapt the costume to best fit each actor who likely would want to avoid comparisons to the other Mr. Freezes, incorporate their preferences, as well as refresh the look, rework whatever didn't work in previous versions, and so on.
