Continuity mistake: After Hank calls Bobby into the room to talk about the woman's magazine Peggy discovered, you can see Peggy's hair is a little messed but nothing in it. A few shots after Hank asks Bobby about making the turkey there is a close up shot of Peggy and she has a few stains in her hair which disappear in the next shot. The stains look very similar to the ones she gets a little later on when she falls on the turkey.
Continuity mistake: When Dale knocks John Redcorn the shape of the lamp he's holding changes between shots. The shape you can see changes between the shot of Dale knocking him out and the next shot that shows a wide shot of the people in the room. The other mistake in the shot is when Dale drops the remaining part of the lamp. Despite dropping it from about chest height the remaining part doesn't break when it's dropped.

Continuity mistake: Before Hank starts arguing with Cotton near the end of the episode, Cotton has a can of beer in his hand. When Cotton is being held by Hank and swinging his arms at Hank the can of beer has disappeared. There was no moment where we can hear him drop the can, and as he pushes Hank we never see him drop it.
Three Coaches & a Bobby - S3-E12
Continuity mistake: As the football team is meeting Coach Sauers for the first time, you can see the team from behind with Bobby kneeling and Joseph behind him to his right. Continuity mistake: During the scene in which Bobby shares his Hungryman dinner with the raccoon, the food in the left of the tray is a white color. As the shot shows the raccoon eating, it's bright yellow.

De-Kahnstructing Henry - S3-E13
Continuity mistake: As Kahn is ringing the bell in Strickland Propane trying to get some attention the bell is right next to his hands. When Hank comes out there is a wide shot and the bell is now a short distance from Kahn's hand. Continuity mistake: As Luanne is becoming a "Born again" virgin, she yells after being dunked in the water. She yells "I'm a Virgin." and there is a shot to the left of two guys in the distance playing Frisbee look behind to their left. The shot sees them from the left meaning they were to Luanne's left. A few shots later Luanne is getting out of the lake and one of the guys who was playing Frisbee comes up to her from her right side and the other guy follows him. There wouldn't have been enough time in the scene for them to get all the way over to the right side of the field and not much reason to either.
Continuity mistake: As Hank is telling Bobby off about stealing the water you can see that Bobby's closet is behind Hank. Its position in this scene is opposite the bed. However in every other episode is in front of the foot of Bobby's bed.
Continuity mistake: When Peggy tries to sell Dale the Metalife products she is just passing the fence (at the bottom of her driveway). In the following shot we her cart is in the middle of the road. The change of shots there was not enough time for her to have made that distance from the end of the driveway to the middle of the road.
Continuity mistake: After Connie tells Hank she is experiencing her first period, Hank consults the book that Connie's parents left for Hank. There is a close up of the folder from Hank's point of view and you see there are not many pages on each side. The next shot that shows Hank skimming through the papers each side of the folder has a lot more papers on each side than the previous shot.
