When Spongebob starts singing, the sun is either coming up or going down. When Mr. Krabs starts singing, look through the hole in the wall and the sky looks to be about afternoon. When Spongebob and Mr. Krabs finish their song, it's nighttime.

Continuity mistake: The second time the chocolate guy chases Spongebob and Patrick, they run away and leave all their bags. But, in the next shot, they have their bags with them.

In the next shot, the door is not visible anymore, and when we see it again two shots later, it is now opened to the right side. Continuity mistake: Boating School: When SpongeBob remembers that it's the day of the boating exam, the calendar reads "boating exam today," but then it reads "driving exam today."
Chosen answer: You need to provide a little bit more information to be able to answer a question like this. In what region is it not being shown? I see it being replayed here in Australia fairly frequently. As for a general reason, there does not appear to be any for why it specifically might have been taken off the air in any country or region. Like any show certain episodes can sometimes not be replayed for long periods for unknown reasons.
