Continuity mistake: The 4 Space Rangers (Carlos, TJ, Cassie, Ashley) morph on the overhanging gangway, then jump off to the ground below. We see them hit the ground, and in the very next shot, they're right next to the Galaxy Rangers, and Andross, who are on the other side of the courtyard. There wasn't enough time for them to move that distance.
Continuity mistake: Bulk has stepped on Skull's hand. We see a close-up of Bulk's foot on Skull's hand. When we cut to a wide shot of Bulk and Skull, Bulk's foot is no longer on Skull's hand, yet Skull is still squirming like his hand is trapped - as evident by Skull pulling his hand to get it free, and holding it when Bulk walks away.
Continuity mistake: The space shuttle at Nasada - first it is below ground (as shown by the little amounts of light), then it is in the open (we see the Rangers get inside the shuttle, and it is a sunny day), and then we see the shuttle be raised up from the underground.
Continuity mistake: Only a minor mistake - when Japanese footage is used, the Rangers, Elgar, Rygog, and Porto look slightly different - for example, Elgar & co. look more menacing and detailed (compared to their American counterparts), whereas the Rangers costumes are made of a different material.
Continuity mistake: Piranatrons have always been small and weak - their appearance hadn't changed for 2 series and a film. Yet when Quadtrons and Piranatrons are fighting the Phantom Ranger, the Piranatrons are noticeably taller and larger than normal, when standing behind Divatox. Divatox has ALWAYS been bigger and taller than Piranatrons.
Continuity mistake: At the Start of the Lost Galaxy season the planet Mirinoi seems to be located within the multi-coloured lost galaxy, and the ENTIRE planet is seen turning into stone. In the season finale the planet now appears to be in the black space of our universe, and only small pockets of the planet appear to be encased in stone. The planet also suddenly has a moon which it didn't before.
