Insurance investigators search for evidence of fraud relating to insurance claims. Arson investigators are professional firefighters who have had extensive additional training in arson investigation.

Continuity mistake: When Ballinger's daughter is unpacking her groceries, she places a bunch of carrots and two styrofoam trays on the right side of the counter. When she unpacks the bread, the trays and carrots have suddenly shifted to the left, right next to the fridge. As she walks to the table, the shot is the first one with the food away from the fridge and the bread is gone.
