Continuity mistake: When Clark and Alicia are talking by the ice rink, the way Alicia holds her red cup of hot chocolate keeps changing between cuts.

Because of the kryptonite Clark drops the tiara he took from Chloe and it hits the floor near Chloe's hand. Then, just before Dawn is forced out of Clark's body, the tiara has slid several feet away and is now close to the furnace. Clark turns his attention to Chloe, she is faking an injury at this point, but now the tiara has moved back to be near her hand.
Continuity mistake: In the barn loft evil Lex has a kryptonite ring in a lead box. When the camera is in front of Lex he is holding the box so that the lid is pointed towards his thumb. When the camera is behind Lex the box is turned so that the lid is pointed towards the end of his fingers.
Continuity mistake: As Clark and Geoff are driving, the first shot of the SUV as it comes around the corner shows the ground is wet and the wipers are going. During their conversation the windows are constantly being rained on. Geoff points to the stadium and they arrive a few minutes later and as they drive into the garage you can see the street is dry.
Continuity mistake: Clark had been wearing his cap and gown for a while. When he takes them off while coming off stage the blue shirt he has on underneath has fresh raindrops on it like he had only put the cap and gown on a few minutes before the shot.

His parents come up and Jonathan sits next to him and tells him that what happened was not Clark's fault. The very next shot shows Martha sitting down and you hear Clark throw the ball again but you can see that his hands never make and motion to correspond with that action.

Factual error: While Clark is standing on the field at Metropolis University at the end of the episode the shot pulls back to show the entire field. As it does there are two 50 yard lines visible and the goalposts in the wrong position because it's a Canadian football field, but Metropolis University is in Kansas.
Continuity mistake: Lois hands two boxes of decorations to Clark for Chloe's party but in the next shot he is holding just one box. The other box reappears when they turn to go into the barn.

Factual error: There is a snow pattern on the Quicktime player after Chloe's message to Clark finishes. She would have recorded in on a camcorder, so there wouldn't be any snow pattern, it would be a blue or black screen. The only way there could have been is if she recorded it, put it on VHS, then copied it back onto a DV tape, then transferred it back onto her computer, but there's no reason for her to do this.
Continuity mistake: After Clark saves Lex from the ring of fire we see the area that was burned by the fire. The candle that Shannon used to light the alcohol is no longer on the floor. Since the candle was in the fire it should be partially melted and there would be some evidence of it.
Continuity mistake: As Chloe and Clark talk about their feelings the shoulder protector/pad of Clark's backpack switches position with no help from Clark. At first it is more in front and showing more than a few shots later, again with no help from Clark by shifting the backpack, it is more on top of the shoulder and not as visible.
