Continuity mistake: Stuart comments on Shawn's shorter haircut in this episode, but it has been that short since the first day of college.
Continuity mistake: When Cory first confronts Shawn over kissing Topanga in their dorm room, Shawn is looking through his drawer for a shirt. The shot goes to Cory for a second, then when it goes back to Shawn he's had time to find a shirt and put it on - the shot wasn't off him for nearly enough time to do that.
Everybody Loves Stuart - S6-E7
Continuity mistake: When Stuart is at the counter getting coffee while talking to Topanga, his hands are clasped together or one hand up other hand down between shots.
Poetic License: An Ode to Holden Caulfield - S6-E9
Continuity mistake: When Jack, Rachel and Eric are studying, Jack eats half his apple, then the three argue, and when it cuts back to Jack eating his apple, it is whole again.
Continuity mistake: During this season when the kitchen door is open, from the living room you see a wall. In EVERY other season you see the actual kitchen.
Continuity mistake: After Topanga draws a lipstick heart around her face and Shawn says "Use a mirror, babe," a closeup is shown of Topanga smiling at Shawn and you can see Cory has lipstick on his forehead before Topanga has drawn it on him. (00:20:30)
Revealing mistake: In the epilogue when Eric and Jack's skeletons collapse, the wire holding them up is visible.
Continuity mistake: Just after Cory talks about being a "baby shower machine", Morgan walks past him. There's then a quick shot of Alan and then we see Cory again, and again Morgan walks past him. It's not the same shot from two different angles, as Cory is acting differently each time.
Visible crew/equipment: After Amy's C-section Alan walks into the waiting area, and just as his kids gather around him in the wide shot the boom mic dips into view at the top, center of the screen between Alan and the plant (viewed on iPad screen). (00:20:10)

Continuity mistake: When Tommy is saying to Eric "We've been hanging out with each other for a long time now," Eric's coffee mug is mere inches from his face. When the shot changes, the mug is almost set down on the table. (00:00:58)
Continuity mistake: When Morgan emerges from the kitchen after Topanga picked her up from school, a wall is visible behind the door leading to the kitchen, even though the kitchen itself should be visible. (00:02:18)
Audio problem: When the waitresses are performing their song, you can tell they are lip syncing to a recording even though they are supposed to be giving a live performance. The vocals have a noticeable amount of reverb and are mixed evenly with the instrumental track despite the fact they aren't even using microphones. (00:06:49 - 00:09:00)
Continuity mistake: After Eric smears his hands all over Topanga's face, the amount of skin cream on her right cheek drastically decreases when she is telling Cory she's going to go wash her face. (00:14:35 - 00:15:00)
We'll Have A Good Time Then - S6-E13
Continuity mistake: The picture Rachel takes of Shawn, Jack and Chet is not consistent with the framed picture Jack receives. When Rachel takes the picture, Shawn's necklace is sticking out of his shirt collar slightly and positioned to the right and he has a lock of hair draped over his forehead on the left side of his face. In the framed picture, his necklace is protruding from his collar more prominently and positioned to the left, he has no lock of hair over his forehead, and his left hand can suddenly be seen on Chet's left shoulder. Additionally, the framed picture shows Chet with his head slightly tilted back and showing his teeth as he smiles, but when the picture was taken, his head was level and he only had a slight grin with no teeth showing. Santa's Little Helpers - S6-E11
Continuity mistake: When Shawn and Angela are talking in the student union building, Shawn's scarf is draped around his neck in an asymmetrical fashion, with the left side shorter than the right. When they sit down on the couch, he pulls the two sides to a symmetrical length. Throughout the rest of the time Shawn remains seated on the couch, the two sides alternate between being symmetrical and asymmetrical. (00:15:20 - 00:16:47)

Continuity mistake: When Mr. Feeny is looking over Cory and Shawn's papers, he rests Shawn's paper on the plate with his omelet. When the shot changes, he is holding the paper in his left hand and it is raised away from the plate. (00:18:35)
You're Married You're Dead - S6-E8
Continuity mistake: When Cory realises he left his engagement ring at the club, he raises his left hand to his shoulder level. When the shot changes to him saying "My ring," he is shown raising his left hand again. (00:11:56)
Everybody Loves Stuart - S6-E7
Audio problem: When Eric walks into Cory's hearing to the theme of "The People's Court," we find out the sound is coming from a tape player in his briefcase. When he opens up the briefcase and pulls out the tape player to stop it, the volume remains the same. The volume should have increased once he opened the briefcase. (00:14:30)
Continuity mistake: When Eric and Jack place the red tablecloth on their counter, it barely drapes over the end of the counter that is facing the camera and completely covers the side that is on the viewer's left. A couple of shots later, the tablecloth is draped over the same end of the counter down to the floor, and the left side is now exposed. (00:05:06)
