Continuity mistake: When Rachel starts writing down that she is choking, she knocks a cup of water off the counter. After she spits out the hot dog she was choking on, the cup has reappeared on the counter. (00:06:38 - 00:07:00)

Deliberate mistake: When Rachel is choking and writes down "I'm choking to death" on the paper on the counter so Jack will help her, you can see she is just scribbling the pen across the paper and not actually writing anything. (00:06:36)

Character mistake: The placard next to Alexandra Nechita's painting "Peace Collector" erroneously calls the painting "Peace Collectors." Nechita herself appears in this episode, so it's odd that they got it wrong. (00:02:49)
Continuity mistake: When Rachel tackles Jack onto the couch and is straddling him, Jack's head ends up resting on the green and yellow pillow on the cushion closest to the door. After Jack says "She's sittin' on me, man," the shot changes and his head is now on the middle cushion. (00:16:06)
Continuity mistake: In every other episode where Shawn's trailer is shown, next to the kitchen there was always sort of a hallway leading to bedrooms/bathrooms. When Shawn and Jack are in the trailer in this episode, there is one big wall.
And in Case I Don't See Ya - S6-E10
Continuity mistake: Rachel gets water poured on her and her pants are soaking wet. When she goes into the Student Union, Eric says "you got here incredibly fast." Her hair is still wet but her clothes are completely dry.
Other mistake: Early in the episode, Amy mentions that she is 7 1/2 months pregnant. This episode takes place around Valentine's Day, which means she would have become pregnant at either the end of June or the beginning of July. However, she revealed she was pregnant around the time Cory, Shawn and Topanga had their senior prom, which would have been around the end of May or beginning of June at the latest, prior to their high school Graduation. So she should be around 8 1/2 months pregnant at the least.
Character mistake: When Sarah the waitress is filling up Cory and Shawn's coffee cups, she puts hardly any coffee in them, with Cory's barely being a couple of drips. A waitress that works on tips wouldn't be so lackadaisical about filling a customer's coffee cup. Cory and Shawn just sat down as well, so it's not like she was just topping them off. (00:02:58)
Continuity mistake: When Shawn is saying to Cory "No pudding, no 'Woo-hooing'," Cory is holding a cup of pudding with his arms raised to around his chest area. When the shot changes, his arms are suddenly down at his sides. (00:01:17)
Other mistake: When Mr. Feeny is telling the story about Topanga and Cory in the first grade, he mentions that Shawn told him to leave them alone. However, the season 3 episode "City Slackers" established that Shawn wasn't in school with Cory and Topanga until he was around 12, and that he was in and out of 5 schools in different states before then. (00:18:40)

Continuity mistake: When Cory, Shawn and Feeny are at the table, Feeny's glass is almost half full. Cory later fills it up, but in the next shot the glass is half full again. In a later shot it's full and then it's somewhere in between half full and filled up.
