Continuity mistake: In one shot, the security guards are on the ground surrounding Kathie Lee, and in the next shot, they are on the truck.
Revealing mistake: Right after Wendy tries to convince the crowd that Cartman's actual paper was 'Walden' with Cartman's name on it, Stan mentions something about Kyle's mom making tuna fish sandwiches. When he does this, you can kind of see him 'lift' off the background.
Mr. Hankey, the Christmas Poo - S1-E10
Character mistake: When the class are practising the nativity, Mrs Broflovski comes in and berates Mr Garrison for casting Kyle in the part of Joseph of Arimathea, but Joseph of Arimathea wasn't the husband of Mary, Jesus' mother, but a disciple of Jesus who helped in the burial of Jesus after his crucifixion.

Other mistake: You can see Token in the episode as white, not black.
Continuity mistake: When Mr. Garrison returns to the classroom with his new face and does the posing to "Shadow Dancing," it flashes back to the students and Wendy is dressed in her normal clothes instead of the black leather she wore to impress Stan. Next time it shows her, she's back to normal.
Revealing mistake: When Cartman walks in on Sally Struthers eating the cake, the cake has holes in it, and part of her hair goes in front, and part of it is visible through the cake. All of the other slices have holes in the same place as well.
Continuity mistake: When Mr. Garrison is standing in front of the mirrors with the gun, his hand's position on the gun differs depending on what mirror you're looking at.
Mr. Hankey, the Christmas Poo - S1-E10
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Mr. Garrison is telling the students to to get in place for the play, Kenny is seen in the group. Despite the fact that he is supposed to be taking the star or the ceiling at that point. He is then seen seconds later climbing down the ladder with the star.
Continuity mistake: When Mr. Garrison is carrying around his gun, it is not the wood finished gun with the wood colored hand grip that he bought, it was the other one that had the grey hand grip. (00:14:20)
Suggested correction: He says he will have it (wood finish) then it shows him walking through town. Plenty of time for him to change his mind again.
Perhaps, but later when Stan and Wendy interrupt him, his gun exhibits wood furniture again. Unless he purchased both, some error has been made here.
Continuity mistake: Halfway through the episode, Green Mega-Man turns into Blue Mega-Man.
Continuity mistake: In the opening scene, the trees in the background keep moving between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Wendy asks the crowd where they all are going, the wide shot shows that Kyle is nowhere near the stage. When it cuts Kyle is standing right next to Wendy.
Continuity mistake: Tom's Rhynoplasty appears between two different sets of buildings in the street shots.
Cartman's Mom is a Dirty Slut (1) - S1-E14
Continuity mistake: At first the football team is mentioned as "The 1989 Denver Broncos" but throughout this episode and its sequel, they are "The 1991 Denver Broncos."
Mr. Hankey, the Christmas Poo - S1-E10
Continuity mistake: When the town are protesting outside the Mayor's office, the woman at the front of the Nativity protesting group is wearing a purple shirt. A few seconds later, she is with the group against the cutting-down of Christmas trees wearing a completely different shirt (white with a Christmas tree in a red circle with a line through it).
An Elephant Makes Love to a Pig - S1-E6
Continuity mistake: In the end classroom scene, whenever they show Kyle, he is in front of the class, but in the wide shots, he is behind other kids.
Continuity mistake: In the cemetery scene where Kyle calls the emergency hotline and Stan and Cartman hold off the zombies, in the shot where Kyle's hand holding the Worcestershire Sauce is shown in close-up, his gloves are shown as green instead of white, which they are while Kyle is in his vampire costume.
Continuity mistake: During the scene where Chef goes to see the Mayor and Officer Barbrady, there is a shot from outside, where a pumpkin is visible in the window. But when Chef goes inside, there is no pumpkin.
Continuity mistake: The birthday cake disappears in some shots after they give it to Stan's grandfather.
