It cuts to Peter and Lois turning to run out of the door for a split second, then back to the Native Americans in a different angle. Continuity mistake: When the head Native American is saying he wishes he had a spiritual vision also, there is just his right hand man beside him and the Indian in the grey suit to his other side with nobody directly behind him. When the camera cuts to a wide angle from more of a distance, suddenly the fat Indian with the cigar appears behind him, then vanishes again in the next shot. (00:20:04)
Continuity mistake: On the couch, Lois tells Peter that maybe Chris is the one that should be earning that badge. As she does, Peter's arm is down at his side and her hand is resting on it. It then cuts to his reaction and suddenly his arm is out in front of him with no time between shots.
Chosen answer: It's a real song called "Elvira". Originally by Dallas Fraizer in '66, however, this version seems to be the Oak Ridge Boys cover version. However, the mega lesbians skip the verse and just sing the chorus after the opening line.
