Continuity mistake: When Bart, Lisa and Milhouse are running away from the others, the order is Bart, then Lisa, then Milhouse. In the next shot it is Lisa, then Bart, then Milhouse. (00:18:45)

Continuity mistake: Just before Bart mentions the Swiss Family Robinson, Lewis is standing in front of him. When Bart mentions the Swiss Family Robinson, Lewis moves further back without enough time for him to move. (00:07:50)
Continuity mistake: During the scenes at the site of the mall during the part where they find the Angel, Skinner's hat disappears and reappears.

Continuity mistake: In the scene where the FBI agent and Homer are going into the photo booth to view the video, look to the right of the photo booth before they enter. There is a white cup next to the booth. After they have watched the video and are standing outside the booth talking, the cup is now red instead of white.
Continuity mistake: When Bart and Ralph twist the key into the armed switch, the armed sticker is red and the off sticker is yellow. Then, during the press conference, the stickers switch colors. Then, when Mayor Quimby sits in the electric chair, they switch back.

Continuity mistake: In Homer's flashback, when the pimp chases Homer, who is covered in garbage, Homer runs away from him on one side of the street. When Homer runs on the other side of the street, he is not covered with garbage. When he climbs a ladder and falls into a manhole, he is covered with garbage again.
