Three's Company

The Matchbreakers - S6-E13

Other mistake: In the Regal Beagle, Jack addresses Marsha as Ms. White although later in the episode her last name is revealed to be Whitewood. In addition, how could Jack have known her last name anyway? Marsha only said her first name in front of Furley and the trio early in the episode and presumably she hasn't talked to the trio since she left with Furley out the door.

Suggested correction: In addition to the other correction (occurring 00:07:25), this correction addresses the second part of the mistake, as to how Jack knew Marsha's last name. Earlier, when Larry tells the trio that Furley was fine with him being late with the rent, Janet states, "He's been wining and dining her for 3 days" (at 00:06:15). So at any time during those 3 days (offscreen), Furley told the kids about his dream girl, which would have included her last name.

Super Grover

Suggested correction: No Jack does say, "Hello Ms. Whitewood!" While they are shaking hands. Time stamp in the episode when this occurs is at 7:25.

Grandma Jack - S8-E7

Other mistake: Larry entered Jack as "Grandma Tripper" to win the contest since the contest was only open to women. However, since Larry admits he didn't know there would be a bake-off and thought a winning check would just be mailed, then there's no reason to of entered Jack as "Grandma." He easily could have just entered Janet or Terri using Jack's recipe.

Jack Tripper: And speaking of current events, did you read the big news in the paper this morning?
Chrissy: The May Company is having a huge sale on pantyhose.
Jack Tripper: Excuse me, Chrissy, that's not exactly a current event.
Chrissy: It is so, it's going on right now.

An Anniversary Surprise - S3-E20

Trivia: Many TV stations over the years left out the original ending scene (the small party held before the Ropers leave). This scene explains how The New Landlord Mr. Furley knew Jack was supposedly gay in the first episode without anyone mentioning it. This ending reveals Roper told the new owners Jack was gay. Without seeing this ending, the storyline is unclear.

Cyrano de Tripper - S2-E8

Question: In this episode, Chrissy's Date Michael asks her (while eating a salad) "How did you introduce the dressing?" Chrissy responds, "I just said salad meet the dressing, dressing meet the salad." Although the response made for a very funny scene, my question is what did Michael actually mean by "introduce the dressing"?

Answer: Michael, being a chef who thinks Chrissy made everything, I think he's basically asking how she prepared the salad. Did she fold the salad into the dressing, drizzle it over the salad, etc.
