Other mistake: When Jack logs into Lauren's e-mail account, for one, the birth dates on Lauren's IDs say 1959 and 69 (which would make her either 33 or 44). Continuity mistake: Between the pilot episode and the second episode of Season 1, the swing of the blast door on the secret base reverses. In the pilot, the hinge is on the right and it opens from the left. In episode two, the door opens from the right with the hinge on the left. (00:12:05)
Continuity mistake: Ariana Kane finds out about Jack's murder of Haladki through analysing the brain matter from the pistol he used to kill him. However in the episode 'Almost Thirty Years', Jack shoots Haladki in the neck, not the head.
Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the episode Sydney has a fringe. In the next scene she's shown with no fringe.
