Something Wicca This Way Goes - S7-E22

Continuity mistake: The hole where the demon throws an energy ball through the roof is gone when the doors close.

Cheaper by the Coven - S7-E3

Plot hole: When Grams is summoned for Chris's wiccaning, she reminds Piper of "the talk" they had when she was a teenager, about how important and special being a witch was to Grams and how it would be to the girls someday. But in the first episode, the girls have no inkling they are witches, and when they find out it's passed through the maternal line, they wonder if Patty or Grams was a witch - suggesting that they aren't sure or have no memories of them as witches. I know there was some memory altering at certain points, but why would Grams have a conversation specifically about how great it is to be a witch and then erase that?

Show Ghouls - S7-E15

Continuity mistake: When Phoebe is on the phone with Elise about the Cosmo interview, she jumps between shots from leaning over the kitchen table to sitting straight up. (00:05:45)

Show Ghouls - S7-E15

Plot hole: When Leo tells Piper that he believes he found the demon Sargon in the Book of Shadows (which may be the demon Count Roget made a faustian deal with), Piper looks at it and says that they vanquished this demon five years ago. Which would've meant they vanquished the demon with Prue. When in fact the only demon that happened with was Zahn in season 6 episode 6, "Soul Survivor," and they did that with Paige.

Something Wicca This Way Goes - S7-E22

Plot hole: The sisters are preparing for a big showdown with Zankou and vaguely discussing their plan. They don't outright say it (so as not to give it away) but discuss how they wished they "had learned it sooner" but "Prue was very protective of it." They're discussing astral projection which originally was stated as a Prue-specific power and not one that could be taught. The show ignored the original introduction of the power as developing naturally as one of Prue's powers, and was not an ability that could be learned, just so the episode had a way for the sisters to defeat Zankou. Suggested correction: In which episode did they say astral projection couldn't be learned? In the series, the sisters aren't the only one to learn to astral project and the series has indicated it is one of the few powers that can be taught. Additionally, others have gained this ability through spells or other means. The monkey injected with Prue's blood could astral project.

Suggested correction: Ok, that might be true in some way, but during the whole series, the sisters have proven that they can basically make a spell or potion for anything, that's why they are the almighty Charmed ones. At some point during the series, they had lost their powers (again) and Piper had made a potion to replicate her blasting power. So it is totally possible that Prue had figured out a way to replicate her natural power of astral projection trough a spell. When the triade first came into the picture, Prue studied the Book all the time and practiced her powers in every way that she could so she could protect her sisters. So it is entirely possible that she found a way to share her power.

Scry Hard - S7-E17

Continuity mistake: Piper and Leo both make comments about Leo's inability to self-heal now that he's a mortal. But in previous episodes, it's mentioned that Leo wasn't allowed to use his powers to heal himself.

Suggested correction: Leo was a white-lighter before and he wasn't able to heal himself when he was hit by a dark-lighter's arrow. However, injuries such as stab wounds would heal as seen in "Saving Private Leo."

Death Becomes Them - S7-E21

Other mistake: When Paige is talking to her charge in the club the same guy walks behind them twice in the scene. (00:14:00)

Carpe Demon - S7-E14

Revealing mistake: When Miss Donovan is chained up, it is very obvious that her hands can easily slip through the shackles.

Ordinary Witches - S7-E11

Plot hole: When the man and woman receive Piper and Phoebe's powers, the lady freezes the man and Phoebe due to fear, but good witches don't freeze, so if Phoebe froze (which she shouldn't have due to only her active powers lost) then why did the man? If he had Phoebe's powers then he isn't mortal and therefore should not freeze.

Charmageddon - S7-E13

Other mistake: In the kitchen scene, Phoebe adds a mix to a pie crust but puts an empty crust in the oven. (00:04:10)

Freaky Phoebe - S7-E19

Other mistake: In both scenes in which Phoebe's hair is cut, her hair is up, with very little loose hair. There is no way that the amount of hair shown to be cut in both scenes could have come from her head. In the first scene, it is very clear when the demon cuts her hair, it is a few tendrils, yet when he is shown with Imara, it is a very measurable amount of hair. The super speedy guy who cut her hair the 2nd time, when she was Imara, was too quick to see the actual amount cut, but again, because of her hairstyle, he could not have cut the amount he shows to the Charmed Ones in the next scene.

Charrrmed! - S7-E4

Continuity mistake: When Black Jack Cutting's parrot delivers the invitation to Piper and Phoebe, it drops the invitation on the window sill. When Leo goes to pick the letter up, it moves closer to him than it was before (in particular, watch it relative to the parrot's left foot). (00:29:40)

Freaky Phoebe - S7-E19

Continuity mistake: When Paige is complaining to Leo about not having time to take on a charge as a Whitelighter, she rests her head in both of her hands on the kitchen table. In the next shot, her head is only resting on her right hand. (00:00:30)

Little Box of Horrors - S7-E18

Continuity mistake: When Paige complains about the ringing in her ear, she's rubbing her temple with her right hand and holding a coffee mug with her left. In the next shot, which is cut too fast for her to have moved, the hand on her temple has jumped to holding the coffee mug. The mug has also jumped to in front of her mouth. (00:01:45)
