Question: When Elaine pointed out that her gift for Sue Ellen was a bra, not a top, Sue Ellen said she knew that. So why was she wearing it as a top anyway - and not wearing bras underneath her clothes before?
Answer: I agree with the other answer, but I also think that Sue Ellen might be "lazy" about wearing bras. Because she is a wealthy woman (heiress to a candy bar fortune), most people probably try to stay on her good side, so nobody dares to say anything. I think she purposely wore the bra without a top as a way of taunting Elaine because Elaine tried to correct her.
Question: I know the pilot was shot and shown in 1989, but were there any other episodes shot and or shown along with the pilot?
Answer: No, The Seinfeld Chronicles (the first episode) was filmed and broadcast by itself, and eventually the series was picked up by NBC. Only then was the next episode - "Male Unbonding" - filmed. The next episode to air after the pilot was "The Stakeout", almost a year after the pilot was broadcast.
The Switch - S6-E11
Question: When Jerry and George are discussing how to do The Switch (hence the title of the episode) what is the name of the melody that accompanies their conversation and who composed it?
Answer: I just Shazammed the music. It is a Jazz piece called "West Side Blues" by John Cameron. A search in IMDb corroborated this.
Chosen answer: The composer of nearly all the melodies that are heard in the show is Jonathan Wolff. As far as the name of the the melody; little interludes such as this are rarely named because they are not complete songs, just intro's or outtro's that are written to help move the action of the show along.

Answer: She's a woman utterly unashamed of her body, not afraid to go braless or to wear a bra in lieu of a top.
