Question: When Jerry and George are discussing how to do The Switch (hence the title of the episode) what is the name of the melody that accompanies their conversation and who composed it?

Answer: I just Shazammed the music. It is a Jazz piece called "West Side Blues" by John Cameron. A search in IMDb corroborated this.
