Continuity mistake: When the girls are watching TV and eating popcorn, all along the scene Miranda's hand movements are not continuous between shots. Most noticeable when Carrie asks her if she hates the babyshower because it's Laney's, Miranda's hand swaps from reaching the bowl with popcorn to away from it.
Continuity mistake: When Carrie and Charlotte bump into Anthony at the club he extends his arms and holds Charlotte's hands, but his arms are not extended a shot later.

Continuity mistake: Carrie discards all the dresses and Sam lowers the ones she holds down to knee level. From the opposite angle she is holding them at chest level.
The drought - S1-E11
Continuity mistake: When the yoga teacher says "let the breathing go with you" Samantha's arms are lying by her side, half a second later they're spread apart, without her having made any previous movement.
Revealing mistake: When the baby is about to be baptised, it is replaced by a blatant doll: The doll's arm is stretched out (as opposed to the real baby's arms, tucked in his robe), and the doll's hair is very obviously painted.
Continuity mistake: During diner with Big, Carrie's bag is pointing in an 11 o'clock position, but when Big grabs his glass it points in a 1 o'clock position.
Continuity mistake: When Carrie is on the WB set smoking, her handbag is next to the railing. When the guard arrives, the bag is closer to Carrie.
Continuity mistake: After spilling the sauce on the floor, when Miranda is discussing with her boyfriend her bag suddenly disappears from her shoulder. Later on it magically appears on the floor.

Continuity mistake: When Steven hands the baby to Carrie his chest is bare and arms are showing. When Carrie holds it he is fully covered and the arms are tucked inside the sheets. Then Carrie hands him to Miranda and the baby's arms are moving freely again.

Continuity mistake: While Carrie and Big are on the horse buggy, Big asks the driver to speed-up. When the horse gallops, Big and Carrie disappear.
