Continuity mistake: When the main characters reappear inside the pyramid, they are standing in front of a staircase leading to the map. But in the next shot, they are standing in front of a brick wall. (00:15:27)
The Fiendish Five, Part 2 - S1-E10
Continuity mistake: Upon returning to the real world, the main characters are standing while holding hands together. In the first shot, Tristan is on Joey's left and Tea is on Joey's right. When the shot cuts, both Tristan and Tea are on Joey's right. (00:15:28)
The Fiendish Five, Part 2 - S1-E10
Continuity mistake: When Alexander the Great enters Dr Brisbane's body, Dr Brisbane is kneeling on the floor. His hands are positioned halfway along the floor tile. The shot cuts to Yugi asking Brisbane if he is feeling OK, but when the shot cuts back, his hands are placed directly on the lining of the floor tiles. The floor tiles also appear to have gotten smaller in between the two shots. (00:17:35)

Continuity mistake: When Alexander is running up the stairs after getting the necklace, it has a chain around the pendant. Seconds later, he runs up to the door that requires the pendant to open it; the chain has disappeared from the necklace without him ever being shown removing it, leaving only the pendant. (00:18:53)
The Fiendish Five, Part 2 - S1-E10
Continuity mistake: When Alexander inserts the pendant into the seal, his index finger is raised at a higher angle than his middle finger. But in a close-up of his hand, just before he removes it from the seal, his index finger and middle finger are bent at the same angle. His thumb also appears to change position in between the two shots. (00:19:15)
The True King, Part 1 - S1-E11
Continuity mistake: Tea uses her Dark Witch monster to see which of the demons casts a shadow. When it's revealed who casts a shadow, the shadow is positioned behind the woman at an angle to the left. But in a close-up of the shadow, it is directly behind the woman, with no rotation. (00:10:54)
The True King, Part 1 - S1-E11
Continuity mistake: When Yugi falls to the ground, Joey says, "Yugi," and Tristan turns his head to face them. At this moment, Joey's arms are mostly lowered, and Tristan has his back to Yugi and his head turned. But in the next shot, Joey's arms are raised and Tristan has turned around (also with his arms raised). (00:14:51)

Continuity mistake: When Alexander has his monster fire at Solomon, Solomon has his right arm raised toward his head. When the shot cuts, his right arm is lowered towards his abdomen. (00:15:16)

Continuity mistake: When Solomon realises he survived the attack, no one else can be seen around him. Then in the next shot, Happy Lover is visible to his right and Baby Dragon is visible in front of him, both of whom should have been visible in the previous shot. (00:15:27)

Continuity mistake: When Solomon realises that Happy Lover, Baby Dragon, and Thunder Kid saved him, he says, "You three saved me," while looking straight forwards at Baby Dragon. In the next shot, his head is turned to the left and is facing Thunder Kid. (00:15:32)

Continuity mistake: At the start of the episode, when Joey says to Alexander, "Hey Alexander, looks like you're not so great after all," Black Luster Soldier can be seen in front of Yugi. When the shot cuts, Black Luster Soldier is behind Yugi. (00:02:23)
The True King, Part 2 - S1-E12
Continuity mistake: After the Pharaoh removes the Black Luster Soldier armour, he raises his hand, which has two capsules in between his fingers. His hand is raised at an upward angle, but when the shot cuts, it is raised at a tilted angle. (00:10:47)

Continuity mistake: When the main characters are in space after defeating Alexander, just as Pharaoh says "Be patient, I'm sure there's an explanation," Tristan can be seen in the background looking to the right. In the next shot, just as Shadi appears, Tristan is looking straight forwards. (00:15:25)

Continuity mistake: When Dr Brisbane is shown lying on the floor after returning to the pyramid, his head is positioned on a floor tile. It then cuts to a close-up of him where his head is now positioned over the lining of the floor tiles. (00:16:41)

Continuity mistake: When the main characters are watching the pyramid as it collapses, the six of them (aside from Solomon) are standing next to each other. But in the next shot, Yugi and Tea are suddenly ahead of Joey, Tristan, and Brisbane. (00:18:42)
The True King, Part 2 - S1-E12
Continuity mistake: When the main characters are standing outside the helicopter, the six of them are standing side-by-side and are aligned with one another. Then, in the next shot, Tea and Solomon are ahead of Joey, Tristan, and Brisbane, and Yugi is now ahead of Tea and Solomon. (00:19:45)
