Continuity mistake: As hairdresser Bob is washing Jamie's hair in the sink, the shampoo coverage changes between shots. During the closeups, he never touches her forehead and ears but in the wide shots, her head is completely doused.
Continuity mistake: The hole Max makes in the wooden gate changes in shape when the thugs reach it. Max crashes through, leaving a hand shaped hole, but as the thugs reach it, the 'thumb' has disappeared.
Revealing mistake: When the senator and his wife are trapped under the rubble, she is holding a burning candle, it looks like there are flames coming from her thumb. An obvious reflection off either the camera lens or that the candle is safely inside a glass tube so that she doesn't burn her hand.
