Continuity mistake: Throughout the entire episode, almost every scene that takes place at night or dusk is immediately followed by a shot set in broad daylight, and vice versa.
Continuity mistake: When Jaime punches the upper nail, her left hand is positioned on the upper part of the board. In the next shot, it has shifted to the lower part.
Continuity mistake: Jaime pushes the lion sideways, causing it to move slightly in a parallel direction. In the next shot, however, the lion appears to jump backwards - an obviously reversed shot.(00:44:45)
Trivia: When Jaime arrives at a small square in France, it's unmistakably the same location used to represent Germany in S2E12 and also Germany in S3E7. While it's common for TV shows to reuse sets, the reuse here is particularly blatant and hard to overlook.
