Doomsday Is Tomorrow - S2-E13

Continuity mistake: The episode opens with a factory urging workers to evacuate, seamlessly blending new footage with archival shots. The lighting shifts dramatically from scene to scene - from sunny to overcast, daylight to dusk.

Jaime and the King - S2-E17

Continuity mistake: Two mistakes here: First, when Jaime breaks down the door, she initially uses her non-bionic left arm - identifiable by the bracelet. Second mistake: Jaime's second punch, shown from inside the room, is delivered with her right arm. However, in the reverse shot from outside, it's once again her left arm that appears.

The DeJon Caper - S2-E19

Trivia: When Jaime arrives at a small square in France, it's unmistakably the same location used to represent Germany in S2E12 and also Germany in S3E7. While it's common for TV shows to reuse sets, the reuse here is particularly blatant and hard to overlook.
