Couple of problems with it; first, the text is just 2 paragraphs copy/pasted all over, and second, more blatant; the caption of the photo says "Valerie Clayton", but Dwayne just called her "Valerie Pellow." Answer: There's probably no particular reason. Sets and props on long-running TV shows often change as needed and for various reasons throughout a series run.
