Lucifer, Stay. Good Devil. - S1-E2

Other mistake: We are shown several times the first person perspective of a paparazzi camera, with the HUD. From a diegetic point of view though, it is used in a way that lacks coherence. For instance, in the red carpet scene the photo count goes down by one every time the shutter clicks, while in the car scene it does not go down at all. And it really could not have been Josh's camera in the red carpet scene, because it photographed Chloe once he already escaped and from behind.

Lucifer, Stay. Good Devil. - S1-E2

Continuity mistake: The fake preacher runs away leaving all the money behind: in the overhead shot Lucifer says "I'm here till, well, the end of times actually" turning around past a guy (big hair, big sideburns, black and blue shirt) that he already passed in the shot before as he thanked the crowd. Pilot - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: Lucifer walks down the stairs into 2 Vile's mansion; first person he comes across is carrying a glass, wearing a black T-shirt and grey undershirt sticking out. The guy is walking towards Lucifer as if he were going to use the stairs Lucifer is descending, but just vanishes in the following shot, only to reappear at the next cut, taking the stairs as it seemed bound to happen all along. Pilot - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: When Lucifer talks to the killer in agony in the car wreck, blood streaks change on his face between shots (in particular, he has blood coming from the corner of his moith in the last shot, from the side, but he had none a moment before, in close-ups). (00:09:40)

Pilot - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: As Dr. Martin opens the door to Lucifer at the end, she is leaning against the door with her left hand, but it is in a different position and with no hand on the doorframe in the matching reverse shots. (00:43:50)

Lucifer, Stay. Good Devil. - S1-E2

Continuity mistake: Talking with her daughter at the end of the episode, Chloe stifles her laughter with her hand in front of her mouth. In the matching reaction shot her hand is still on her chest. It happens again twice. (00:40:30)

Pilot - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: As the therapist fails to "keep that one in", Chloe in the foreground with Lucifer is looking at her puzzled, hand under her chin. Her hand is nowhere near her face in the following shot. (00:31:10)

#TeamLucifer - S1-E12

Continuity mistake: In the scene in the warehouse, Chloe and Lucifer end up right below where Corazon is tied up. Then blood drips on her hand prompting her to look directly above her head. In the next shot Lucifer turns around and suddenly they're both meters away, looking at the contraption from a distance. (00:26:50)

St. Lucifer - S1-E11

Revealing mistake: When Chloe is getting dressed at the start of the episode, she is wearing a flesh colored bra underneath the bed covers that she has wrapped around her when she mentions her ex dumping her by text.

THGhost

Manly Whatnots - S1-E4

Other mistake: When Lucifer and Chloe are talking about the Player after-party, the same extra walks by twice (in the same direction without having enough time to double back). After Lucifer says "sex afterward" and it cuts back to Chloe the women is seen and then when Chloe walks away.

A Good Day to Die - S2-E13

Lucifer: Dearie me, these are atrocious. What self-respecting artist would actually display these?
Dan Espinoza: Dave Maddox isn't a real artist.
Lucifer: To say the least.
Dan: All of this is just a front. You see, criminals like Maddox, they use art sales to cover up money transfers. They can demand any price for a piece of art, and in return provide whatever it is their clients really want.
Lucifer: Can he provide an eye bath? I'll need one after this.

Devil Is as Devil Does - S4-E7

Trivia: When Eve is looking at the wanted posters, some of the names on the posters are "Anita Brown", "Eddie Beasley", and "John Ailetcher." Beasley was a prop assistant, Brown was a set costumer, and Ailetcher was a production sound mixer on "Lucifer."

Save Lucifer - S4-E9

Question: This is a question about when Maze walks into the room when Linda is giving birth. Is this what it would look like in real life in a hospital? It looks like Linda is giving birth in her hospital room (even though the sign says birthing room, the room looks set up for guests), there's only 1 hospital staff, and Amenadiel is in his regular clothes, no sterile or protective coverings. And, ignoring the fact that Maze would go wherever she wants, wouldn't a staff member at least try to stop her from going in or try to prep her for entry? Maybe the 1 staff member was prepping her, but it seemed like they added baby crying sounds to indicate she was in the process of giving birth.

Answer: At least as far as clothing goes, I was in regular clothes when my wife gave birth, only changing into scrubs when they thought we'd have to move to an operating room (but ended up not needing to), otherwise I'd just have stayed in them. The room was also pretty much a regular hospital room, but no doubt there were some birth-specific differences I wasn't aware of!
